Companies Act, 2013

How often do you add new provisions,rules,etc.I haven't had a single update since I installed this app.

rules, which are an important part of the act has been excluded. And so it is better to download a pdf of the act instead of installing the app.

Everything is fine. I just wanted to confirm, how often the recent amendments in the Companys' Act 2013 is made available in the application.

No search function, no customization as is shown in the images. You have to keep dragging a page if you wanna move it up or down. Terrible interface. Plus, it seems like it hasn't been updated since 2013.

It's likely that this company law act is that of India. Pls I need that of Nigeria or is this Indian act also applicable to the Nigerian act?

There is no setting and search option anywhere in this app...misrepresentation of app hai,,fraud provide ammendments also....

This application is very good .....thanks ...this application is very yse full. In this particular application in section wise act are available. ...so , easy to read it....I like this....

If companies rule can be embedded in this app then it would become awsm...

Good app. Pls add a global search option, bcuz currently it only searches through Section headings or within chapter provisions but only one at a time, hence the need for a comprehensive global search option..

Was Used to with 1956 sections. But this helps a lot on my CA days with confusing sections. Nice app.

Please update the app to all the sections notified till 31st December, 2014. Please do it ASAP !!
