why it is not allowing us to use all abhi bus money whether it is promotional or non-promotional? Only rs 50 is being applied all the time.. i didnt liked this feature.. pls correct it.. everything else looks fine..

Message to developer, 1. As stated I didn't get cash back offer even after applying code, 2. Even After filtering im not getting as per my choice. 3. Design looks bit old try to build new.

I have booked a ticket using this app. When the transaction was complete it showed failed. But after some time i got a message of amount deduction from my debit card but ticket was not booked i lost Rs.1694 due to this error. When i tried to contact customer care my call was not even connected to the representative plz help me

Hate the Restrictions on redeeming abhicash and expiring it if I can't use it within time.. Lost 1K abhicash with this stupid polocy.. Most worst move by abhibus... Better u learn from the competitor redbus on the offers and redemptions... Anyways good bye abhibus... I'm not gonna use ur app until these limitations removed...

Abhi Money looks improper. Ur cash back is not real, looks deceiving. Other than that app is good for booking, benefit for frequent travelers. Updated with 4 stars for prompt response from Abhi Bus Team.

Really Fraud. These people are doing fraud with abhi cash. Waste of using this app. These people give 222 and 333 cash back. But, we can't use this cash back money even 50 rupees at a time to book the tickets. If you are reducing 5% of the money from the cash back for the ticket, then why you are giving 222 and 333 cash back. Do you want to make us fools. If you do these cheep tricks, no one will use your application. Please stop doing cheap business tricks. Think, i have 1154 rupees abhicash, so to use this entire amount i have to book the tickets for 25000 rupees. You guys are really making everyone as fools.... Think everyone and dont encourage these type of people.

Worst App in Play Stor...I lose my amount during the ticket reservation...i think its better to reserve the ticket @ particular bus operator web site...worst service... Customer money is totally neglected here no value for customer...red bus provide musch better service

Abhi cash redemption process is not upto end user. Its a worst strategy... it is useful only for those people who travel thrice or more in a month... better redbus with instant discount...

Very bad experience with this app. Booked ticked a week before but no use finally they have cancelled bus without intemitation , when I called to Abhi bus customer care they didn't even bother to arrange a bus and they are telling amount will be refunded to ur account and in midnight passenger is waiting on the road . This is what Abhi bus response. Useless app. If we complaint to transport authority these people will learn a lesson.

Changing offers and redemption as their wish. For eg: last month we have been informed like for first time users 100% cash back and we can use it anytime before April 29,2017, but now I am not able redeem full amount per transaction, and I got info. , At max only 100 rs I can use it. not the whole amount as they said earlier( After Confirmation from Customer Care we did first transaction) Changing rules as per their Wish. Now they are saying rules changed. Feeling Very Bad...

Worse Cashback offer. It should be clearly mentioned before bookings. I have Abhi cash of 222, but I can use only some amount for trip but not completely. Very bad, redbuss is far better in this.

Hey Abhi bus people Please give a notification to users to update their web view because everyone could not understand why the transaction failed for them. Of course customer service is doing their best but it's better to show directions in the app itself. It's just a suggestion and decision is up to you. Thank you. You served me great.

Very bad app. It will kill our time. I was booked tickets from shridi to Mumbai on 21st Feb 2017 at 3.20pm the service will start at 4pm. There is no information either from travel agent or from the app. I was call app through their toll free. They simple says the service was cancelled. The time is 5pm. I was suffer a lot with my family. The app contains not reliable transporters. The app is also not reliable. I will proceed for justice

Please dnt use this app. Very worst experience. When I booked the ticket the bus timing was showing as 10 pm but after payment I got the ticket which was showing the timing as 9.20 which was a shock for me I could not make it and missed the bus lost money. The driver response was very rude. Customer support people argued that the timing was mentioned before booking but it was not. They don't mention boarding time reporting time and starting time of the bus they just mention one timing and start arguing. Oooops very worst app. Lost my hard earned money. Cheaters

They give you initially Cashback to you , and don't let it Use lol

I loved the Abhibus app. Last month I traveled to Bangalore by Morning Star travel bus booked through Abhibus. Bus condition is good but fails maintain SAFETY GUIDELINES. Post fire accident of Volvo at Palm , Mahboob Nagaraju district, government directed bud operators install hammers near to the every windows to break during emergency. No such SAFETY measures were not considered. Abhibus should choose bus operators who meets / follow safety measures.

Guys, do not use this app. Engeeyo and time everything waste. Especially they were given promo code that is very veru cheating. Please don't be aware before to use this app and booking. I think much better other bis booking compare with this. Very very worst I never see this and use it in my life.

Operator stopped service, but Abhibus do not have information. When asked customer care they are asking to see for alternative and asking to wait for 2hrs to get alternative from their side - that is to wait till 11:30pm. VERY WORST RESPONSE IF ANY OPERATOR STOPS SERVICE. Worst offers. Useless offers. Cannot ever completely use promotional amount. Hell with the offers.

Operator change bus timing and not even informed us. ABHIBUS has no.control on operator. They just take the money and hide behind the curtains. Has pathetic customer support. Customer support was asking me operator number as they don't have operator details

Useless app. It provides great cashback options but you can not use it for future bookings. Or you can use 5% of it or something. Then, what is the point of cashback, if you can't use it? Even the bus booked via the app was very bad. No proper seat numbers or anything. People were sitting wherever they liked. Very bad experience.

Abhi Bus is making it's customers fools. It is making people to book tickets by showing colorful cashback offers and while redeeming Abhi Cash, it is giving 50 rupees and 25 rupees back. It is keeping all the money with it and making it expire after certain time. My Abhi cash was expired. I slowly stop using Abhi bus. Customer do not get any benefit of Abhi Cash because if we choose RTC it is giving Rs 50 back that on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. If we choose Private travels it is giving Rs 100 back but private travels charges are very high so how can a customer get benefit from Abhi Cash?

U ppl are giving cashbacks that's good. .. but what's the purpose of adding cashback to abhicash when we can't use them ???? I have 426 rps in my abhicash now.... and I can only deduce 5% or 10% only when I book my ticket. .. For one Ticket which I booked it's only rps 17 deducted from abhicash... what should I do with my abhicash when only this Lil amount is deducted everytime I book a ticket ??? In this cash I don't even have idea how many tickets should I book to use my abhicash completely. ... is there any point of adding cashback ??

Very very bad even money will not refund. Friends am requesting you don't belive this Abhi bus.....while booking it shows 9:30 pm::after payment it shows 9:30 am ...i waste my money...friends plzzz don't use this app

Very waste cashback redemption options. You should provide instant discount on bus tickets rather than cashback. Or atleast give life time validity to promotional cashback as you are not allowing us to redeem the total amount on a single ticket.

This is really disgusting I have book my ticket from Hyderabad to Bhadrachalam but paid my Paytm wallet my bus ticket booked.. I didn't get anything..... and even we cannot Contact customer care also

Tried booking twice and the payment got stuck both of the times. The filter to choose the bus type also doesn't work properly. Pathetic experience.I'm back to Redbus.

Disappointed!!! I tried booked a ticket for Chennai. But not able able to book due to unavailability of seats. They deducted 100Rs Abhi cash which was given for Promotional.... Why cheating like this? The booking reference is O_23832583A...

Pathetic customer service from Abhibus. Added Abhi cash via Paytm for 1010 rs, amount Deducted from Paytm but didn't show up in Abhi cash. 3 working days completed but still in Progress. Ticket id 579309. Paytm confirmed the transaction is successful in 3 hours. Really furstrated with Abhibus service.

Worst service provider who doesn't refund customer for the service cancelled by provider, careless customer support, money looting site who doesn't take responsibility.... And a chut pakode site which doesn't even have a toll free number and who keeps customers calls on hold and wasting their money......... Bad bad service!!!Not recommended!!!! I am done enough with these guys.

Friend, if ur transection was failed just leave it n book any other service. If u pay using the link given by abhibus customer service, u cant get the ticket also ur money should be waste. All the customer care was cheating only....

BIGGEST JOKE OF PLAYSTORE. The description given is as true as unicorns and lepricons. My local chaiwala responds better to my queries than the people working here. Thier ayotmatic mail response seems more responsible than the actual people working there. This is the most worthless bus service in india. They robbed me off my money in my abhicash wallet and havent return it yet even after i have pressurised them for 6 days till date.

It's becoming worse with latest version. Basically search option didn't work for future day bookings, developers must do a lot of stuff to stabilize. Sri Krishna bus prices to Darsi from Bangalore needs to correct accordingly.
