This app has helped and continues to help me in ways I can't even begin to fully express. More than a destresser, this app gives me focus throughout my life. It may be unrelated, but a few years ago when I started using this app, I worked a part time minimum wage job. I've been using this app for a few years now and I've more than tripled my income and I run a social justice organization. The power of the mind is truly remarkable.

Been a user of these apps for a long time. This one doesn't let me create playlists and it is very frustrating because some of their other apps do. I've seen the progress they've made and they've come a long way but with no updates in months I'm 100% NOT satisfied with I have here!!!

Surprisingly relaxing, being guided and made aware of the individual muscles and the tension built up in that part of your body. Did it make me more confident? Not sure. I was so relaxed I fell asleep, deeply asleep. That alone was worth the small amount I paid for it.

Only criticism is that while I was happy to see I could now set up a play list so I could cycle through the different hypnosis sessions, they seem to be set at slightly different volumes which can be a bit jarring. On the whole, an extremely useful app.

Respected Sir...yesterday I bought this application and tried the first one. Its really best. I want to know that in which schedule we should follow it? There are 10 self-hypnotism sessions. Happened again 2day.Urs iz d first app i had downloaded frm play store.Have bought Glenn Harold's 10 applications n dey r working fantastically.He is responsive too.I had requested him to provide me a loop 4 all d 10 apps n he did it.Hats off to Glenn Harold.Ur explanation dat der may be some memory cleaner vich deletes d files of ur app is absolutely baseless.Highly disappointed.Rqst u 2 update ur app asap based on Glen's features.I vud await ur update n modifications.

Constant downloads are not fun

Very helpful. I have been using almost daily for two weeks. It has made a real difference in both helping and fall asleep and really improve my outlook and thought patterns. I highly recommend giving it a try.
