This is an ancient method of connecting with inner strength and power used by shamans and healers for thousands of years. A power animal, depending on your personal belief system, is either an imaginary animal or an energy pattern in the form of an animal that represents the type of energy and power that is most useful for you to connect with at any given time. I have used this app now for a couple of years. In fact I love it so much that I rebought it when moving from iOS to Android. This really does work and you can definitely feel the affects :-) The only thing I would say is because I fall asleep, it would be great to have a session without wakeup.

I have found Darren's apps to be much more effective. I also recommend learning more about him and why he started in this profession by going to his web site. 5 stars for all of his apps. P.S.
