I installed it just to see what it does. But its some what surprise to me, that this software is very good & has many features i needed. Important thing is backup & restore. I have a xioami phone & now the xiaomi pc suite not working & this software came to me as perfect replacement for xiaomi pc suite. Very good software, just started using it. Will give more updated review after some time. So far very good.

Being able to transfer photos and videos through wi-fi gives this app 5 stars for me! My charging port broke and thus couldn't use a USB cable to charge or transfer data anymore...so wi-fi transfer saved me so much effort! Cleaning my phone is nice and easy now~

I used this to backup and retrieve data from an ipod and an old iphone 4s. It worked out perfect for what I needed in transferring notes, contacts, and music! I would highly recommend the app to anybody especially those that are frustrated with the limitations of using itunes or the icloud to back up your devices!

For a LOOOOOOONG time, I've scoured the internet for ONE software that can connect all my mobile devices with my PC; as I didn't want to have to download a new and different software every time I changed my phones. And then, after a long search, i stumbled on a review of this app and decided to give it a try. To say the least, I was blown away, quite literally!!! It is so easy to transfer ringtones to Iphone se. Instead of going through all that nonsense of using Itunes, Phone Manager transfers them in about 30 seconds with a couple of clicks. Great program

I have two phones as my primaries. A Google Nexus 6 and a Huawei Honor 5X. The latter CAME with some cool software, such as this, and I put it into my Nexus 6 as well. I'm VERY impressed with the absolute ease of file management normally SO tedious on cell phones (especially those that save LOTS of files & photos~finding them is hello). This puts them all neat & tidy)! I love this app! I'm going to offer it to all clients ordering compatible phones (my business customizes unlocked devices)

I have Oppo neo5 withandroid 5.0 and I enabled usb debbuging but still I cannot connect to my Windows 8.1 laptop pleas resolve the problem

I've been using this app on my LG phone and PC for about a year. I love it because it makes the management of my phone MUCH easier and I'm able to do it across the network without using a cable. I'm now changing to a new PC and absolutely will use this app because I consider it essential.

Superb App Works perfectly with even Huge amount of data. Works even you get disconnected in between, it resumes from where it stopped. The best bit is that you can use this via WiFi.

I need help. Accidently I deleted my very important video. Can anyone tell me if I can get back my video through this app? If yes, please tell me how or help me with instructions.

Gave me exactly what I needed. The basic USB connection would not allow video transfer...this app immediately transferred then over to my PC and gave me back the space I needed!!! Looking forward to seeing what else this app can do!!

I have a Samsung Galaxy s4 and the USB connection went bad and I needed some way to transfer to a replacement phone. Apowersoft Phone Manager did it all.

Very easy to use and has a lot of features. I prefer backing up my data to my pc, instead of the cloud, which this program allows me to do. Yeah, I'm old school, but I'd rather not have my data hacked.

On Mac OS X the desktop software is called wonders here tunesgo. And there's no option of connecting via WiFi, only USB. What's the point?

Very useful app. Allows me to use my phone for critical tasks while at my laptop. Would be even better if it had a Dialer in addition to the contacts list.

Does not do what it says and poor directions on how to transfer files. Disappointing.

This app and software are pointlessly stupid. There's not one thing it can really do of worth that you can't do easily yourself. Not a surpris considering who develops it, but come ON people, this is like having an app that pulls down your notification bar for you.

Love this app, has made sharing files from my phone to the pc so easy. And I like the fact that you don't need your phone to be plugged in just do it over the WiFi.

This apps meet my requirement to make a backup of my SMS for the record and as future transactions. I recommend this to user who needs to keep tract of his or her SMS that is accurate with date and time of messages.

What the hell is a QR Scanner. I can't even find it on my windows 8. If they didn't have it it would work and I would have loved this app but I don't. How am I supposed to to this.
