MyCiTi Cape Town

Not all bus stops are mentioned ,my stop which is Bontebok is situated between Spine & Imperial, not sure how they could have missed it.Also would be so perfect if we were able to load money or points on our cards via the app through internet banking.How does one enable the NFC facility I have a Huawei P8?

Great app which is very useful. Only bug is the card scanner (main reason I downloaded it). Scanned card and got nonsense number like 83 000 points. Appreciate the innovation, but this aspect a letdown.

Not sure about others' issues, but times and line info has been spot on for me. Scanning cards to get into is awesome and the map really helps. The Smartwatch companion is amazing as well on my ZenWatch 2. A very useful app!

My first week in Cpt and this app helped ALOT for me as a first timer. The Nfc card scan feature is also pretty awesome!

All I'm wanting from this app is to put in the stop where I want to get on, and where I want to get off. Find out the fare, time it will take and the time I need to get onto the bus in order to reach my destination on time. The app seems to do a lot but it's way overly complicated.

The information is so inaccurate, and it's so frustrating sitting here and the bus you waiting for does not arrive according to what the app says.

Works well but the bus times are inaccurate! As such, I'll be uninstalling

I specially like the offline functionality because I use my phone w/o SIM card. NFC card management is also nice.

Great so far. Would like to know when real time bus arrivals might be available, is it being developed?

Makes life a lot easier...don't have to take pictures of timetables

Please check the timetables under Thibault Square , some how you guys took out the To Waterfront route

The app works perfectly. The cards don't currently update on their own, and requires rescanning to update. This is a hassle, but not the dev's fault.

I like everything about the app just one thing that bugs me is the scan result of some cards showing 83.000 points

Who would think one would use a public transport app so regularly. The time tables are useful and accurate and the widget is also a cool little surprise. Hopefully the buses will match this level of perfection at some point too.

I have tried 2 devices but my card won't scan on either. A little frustrating.

No updates on card transactions or balance. Service alerts don't update.

Love using this app, much easier to navigate than the official TCT app.

When will we be able to use our MyConnect cards on the trains?

Times are incredibly outdated or just incorrect, please update

Great easy to load and start as a newbie to CT. My Nexus 5 read the card on about the 6th tap. Nice to get fee info.

Route times for 102 lines have not been updated for multiple stations.

Please allow for consumer reports. The Cape Argus today was a nightmare on MyCiti and there was no service notification advising of the bus route changes. Reason for the 3 stars, No mention of the Argus Changes and the App also does not read some stops as many of my trips read as incomplete.
