Universal Web Application is a highly configurable android app to your needs .One can specify any Web URL , to display in the web view page with custom Flash image too during startup. One can customize the contact us page by providing your email id and phone number to call you for help with a message header. One can also chat with users using already installed Chat application like Whatsapp. it has built in google notification messaging also .

As default a PDF document is displayed in home screen which gives instructions to customization.
