Die PH Map ist eine interaktive Landkarte für Menschen mit pulmonaler Hypertonie. Patienten können nach einem PH-Zentrum in ihrer Nähe, an ihrem Urlaubsort oder in einer fremden Stadt in Deutschland suchen.

Mit der „PH Map“ findet der Patient viele Spezialisten für Lungenhochdruck in Deutschland. Es besteht die Möglichkeit den nächstgelegenen Experten durch eine aktuelle Umkreissuche sofort zu lokalisieren und sich per Routenplaner direkt zum Arzt führen zu lassen

Ebenso werden weitere Tipps für Patienten gegeben. Diese umfassen neben den Anschriften des Selbsthilfevereins ph e.v und der Landesverbände auch andere wichtige Kontaktdaten zu unterschiedlichen Selbsthilfegruppen. All diese Informationen sollen dem Patienten helfen, die richtigen Ansprechpartner zu finden und mit kleinen Tipps den Alltag besser zu meistern.
