Why keep filing cabinets full of old documents and paperwork? It's the 21st century after all. Sure those tax returns from 1976 are fun to dig out and look at from time to time, but do you really still need the paper copy after all these years? Fear not, now there is an easy way to create digital copies of your old documents with PDF Document Scanner!
PDF Document Scanner is quick and easy to use. Simply set your document on the table and then frame it up on the screen. Tap on the screen to focus your device camera on the document. If lighting is bad in your room, tap on the light bulb icon to turn on your device camera flash. Then tap on the save icon. The document will be converted to a PDF file and stored on your SD card. From there you can copy it to your computer and burn it to a DVD or CD for safe keeping!

Cannot save locally where I WANT! It asks to install more rubbish file manager Helios which can't create a folder nor select it "an error occurred". Then I used my phone file manager, created a directory AND selected BUT when I save the PDF there is NOTHING because the file is elsewhere default location HARD to find. The scanner just uses the bare photo application from my phone so it doesn't frame the paper before shooting. What a waste of time and multi download of additional garbage applications including a text editor I DO NOT NEED not to mention advertising!

App used to be good, then it completely stopped performing it's most basic functions, downloaded files without permission, and wanted me to install multiple other apps to restore the functions that worked great before the changes. Look elsewhere.

This app was great till the update. It's creating file sizes to big to send via email now. Whats the point in even having it now. I'm deleting. Thank you for ruining one of the best apps out there.

Why did you ruin the app? All I wanted to do is make a pdf scan of an important tax file not put a freakin mustache or rettard filter on my tax forms....Plus cropping doesnt work anymore! 1/5 stars for this app, im getting another PDF scanner app.

Worked great at first. But then it's unable to save cropping changes. What's the point if you can't even take a photo of the right size of a normal piece of paper...
