On an Android phone I could not even create a profile. Don't they want the business? Ridiculous. Confirmation code wasn't sent and told me there was already a profile with my email associated. What!?!?

can't create account because the app says I already have one, then try to reset my password and the app says I have no account...

App and website don't work !! I searched for the ref number and it didn't find it !!

Unusable. Doesn't send confirmation code and won't let you create profile without it.

Pressing Request a Taxi does nothing. Back to Uber.

Installed the app, was unable to create an account, uninstalled it.

The app never acknowledged that I was in the cab. Had to pay directly to the driver in the end. #fail

What a garbage app, you can't even request a taxi with it. Uber it is.

At time, fast and driver polite. He helped with my two bags. I asked the taxi directly in the web page, not by app site.

I used it during a brief visit to Montreal and it worked fine. Arranged a taxi to pick me up the morning of my departure.

Worked fine a month ago. No longer can request a taxi in the app, button does nothing.

Cannot 'find me' right in the middle of montreal with perfect signal. Even after typing in the address.

This app is too bugged. Can't add billing details and it can never locate you...

...of having an app like this is its not functional? Placed the order, got the confirmation with the number of the car and time of arrival. Waiting... waiting... waiting... got a call from the dispatcher asking what's pick up address where I was going etc etc. Asked why I was giving the same info twice. The lady was surprised. She didn't have any of it saying that the app did not capture anything. Uninstalling...

First time I used it it would let me set a later date/time. Then the option to pay from app took forever that I actually paid the driver instead and finally last time I tried to use it I waited for 5 minutes for it to find a car I eventually gave up and call another company. Gave it another chance today and never received the payment screen.

Can't order taxis. Not for now. Not for later. No call button. Nothing working. Too bad. Really wanted to support TagTaxi. Uber after all?

App crashes every time I try to book a cab. "400 Bad Request", then the app crashes unexpectedly.

j'ai utilisé l'application pour reserver un taxi 24h d'avance. le taxi est arrive 25 minutes en retard et j'ai du appeler deux fois.

App kept loading when trying to locate. Tried several times. Did not work. Used Uber instead.

Can't even enter your destination so the driver can get a GPS route. Need to constantly give driver directions even though they have a big GPS screen which only seems to serve to receive calls. You're going to have to do better than this.

This app was able to find me a driver, pick me up, follow me and bring me to my location but when I got to my location the payment screen was frozen on loading so I had to pay with a I credit card. Overall not very useful especially since you have to complete the payment in the taxi. I'll stick to an app that works.

Earlier versions worked fine. Latest version couldn't locate me, then stalled on finding a taxi.

Can't order a cab for later. Sequence of steps is all mixed up.

I read those reviews, i never had those problems. Their service is great, they are super on time! I have been using this for 2 years.

Good Idea, but doesn't work. I get error 300 whenever I try to order a taxi for later.

Obligatoire de créer un compte mais évidemment pas via Google. L'app s'ouvre sur un menu plutôt que directement sur la carte. Une carte mal fichue qui ne permet pas de sélectionner son adresse visuellement. Pas d'affichage des taxis à proximité ni d'estimation du temps d'attente. Et c'est censé concurrencer Uber...

Taxi never showed up, and when I tried to call another one, the app kept sending me back to the home screen. I'll stick with Uber, thanks. ---Update: Customer Service contacted me, said they were sorry, and asked for the taxi number (which I never got). Never heard back from them. Would give zero stars if I could.

Great app better then uber even. Will use it with TAG taxi app as well. Highly recommended!

Absolutely awful! Was willing to give it a chance but I couldn't even call a cab. Had to call instead. Useless...

Welcome screen does not allow me to create a profile. It's an empty page without any access to the menu.

July 2015 updated version freezes while trying to find your location. Hasn't worked for a year... still doesn't work.

Updated review: Changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars as it now works on Android 5.0 (didn't realize that was the issue). Looking forward to using it in the near future, and paying from the app also definitely makes it more convenient.

Est-ce que vous allez avoir un update pour Android bientôt? Impossible de mettre une carte de crédit, essayer 5 différentes sans succès. L'application peut pas faire um estimé parce qu'elle ne trouve pas la Place Ville-Marie (Un lieu obscure de Montréal) Et évidement, le terminal de cartes du chauffeur est, comme toujours, brisé! Mais par chance, Uber est fonctionnel!
