Ap has come a long way. Still issue(s) allowing customer/end user to input exact address. The GPS locate function chooses and it causes the driver to waste time calling customer because he can't find the address even after additional instructions ARE CLEARLY ENTERED. Please fix this.

THE MOST WORST CAB COMPANY ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH!!!!!!!!. I booked a cab, got assigned. The driver showed up. Then decided to just take anyone. Even though i showed proof that he was suppose to drive me to my destionation. He didnt care. I explained that i had my two children with me, an it was cold out an they were getting cranky. He didnt care. Told me to wait. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FIND ANOTHER LIKE UNICITY. Never had a problem with them. Dont waste your time with duffy's

Randomly needs a restart to clear up white screen issue someone mentioned, plus I got assigned a cab halfway across the city from me when the app showed many that were closer. I don't order cabs an hour before I need them. Edit: locking screen rotation to portrait makes the white screens happen less often

The app needs work and so does your registration process. A.) Auto fit device screen size B.) Input text fields are touchy and the form(s) need some rescripting - anyone in your call center could do it; as you have to be pc inclined to work there and answer calls. That said 5 minutes after I got confirmation number Taxi was rite there. MINT!! For Winnipeg that's amazing! 4/5

It worked fabulously and I loved the convenience of this app. All 8 trips I was able to book before it suspended my account leaving me unable to book any more taxis. When I contacted Duffy ' s I was told I needed to phone information, and even after leaving a message no one ever got back to me and my account is still suspended.

Not sure why more people haven't downloaded this. Shows where your cab is En route to pick you up. Works great for me!
