Yellow Cab of Tampa

It doesn't show the nearest cab like it said, sucks !

User friendly and everything you could want for a ride app.

Won't call a cab. Booked an hour before I had to leave. Nobody ever showed up. Almost lost my job.

Several tries. Crashes at startup. HTC m8.

Used this app and service while traveling in and around Tampa. Five stars, found it to be one of the best in real time notification.

Quick and Easy to.use.

I booked two cabs two seperate times now on the application and they gave me a confirmation number and everything. When I called to confirm my cab they had no record of me both times. I'll never call yellow cab again. Customer service horribly rude. No management available to speak to. No problem solving. All she says sorry that happens all the time. Shouldn't put out confirmations in their app until they figure out how it works. I will be calling united from now on!

Always gives wrong address as to where i am!!!!

This app never makes it past the login screen on the Nexus 4. It just silently force closes itself. I can't rate the rest of the app, but I can tell you that wasting seven minutes of my time to try testing the app had me running back to 4MyCab Tampa, just so I wouldn't be late for work!

If I could give them negative starts I would. The app is poorly made. The dispatchers are unprofessional, rude and ignorant! Some of the drivers are rude as well! Most of them do not understand English very well and do not know the area at all! One driver drove into a construction site! Some of them drive slow to run the meter up! There was another driver who talked on the phone the entire time, and tried to get on I-275 the cars were lined up sitting on the ramp, I had to yell at him to take another route!

Yes, if you have half an hour to be jerked around, you can book a cab pickup with this app. It is clumsy, non-intuitive, poorly designed, and immature. You are better off to just put the cab company phone number in you contacts, and put up with the music on hold. It will still be faster than using this turkey.

I used this two times while being in Tampa and both times the cab driver was there before the scheduled time. It made finding a cab so easy especially in an unfamiliar city. It was really cool to see which cab driver was assigned to us and where they were at exactly. It cut out all the wondering on where the cab driver is! I would definitely recommend this app!
