I used to be a dispatcher, but I couldn't stand people been stranded and never picked up. If you don't have an account with them, more likely they won't pick you up and if you call and they tell you they are working and getting someone there. Believe me, the driver fast metered and they have send another driver. "Fast meter" means that the driver faked his meter to show he picked and dropped off the person, but the person never got picked up. Yellow Cab of Columbus 25% reliable. Uber 100% reliable.

One piece that is not right as of late, is the charge account on the profile. This is for cab accounts only. While I believe that they are twiddling there thumbs on this, they say they are working on it, in which I will say I will believe that when I see it and it actually works! Now aside from having to call in on the accounts and waiting in some cases over an average of 30 plus minutes, the app is OK in some cases. My feeling though is if they do not want to cause more damage then they are ready have with the confusion of the charge accounts they need to update the app so ALL parts of the app become operational like it is supposed to be in the FIRST PLACE!

I downloaded the app 2 hours in advance to take me to Work 30 minutes before my start time. No Taxi showed up and I called to find out that the app apparently experiences "glitches." So not only was I going to be super late at Work but no Cab Driver was even on their way when I told them I needed a Cab Driver ASAP. Do not waste your time with this app! I was late and pissed and it's all thanks to this app for not doing what it says it'll do...

Before I schedule, app says cab 3-4 minutes away, then I confirm and it's usually 20-30 minutes before cab arrives,if at all !

Download the app and scheduled my first pickup for 5:30 am Sunday. No one took the pickup so I was left stranded. Called dispatch, after waiting on hold 20 min was told they were working on it. She explained the way their system works each driver can accept or decline a pickup. If no one wants it your stranded. It does not seem to put the message about your pickup out until 15 min before scheduled time.

Receive an error when registering, even on their website. Worse, cab drivers don't show and then tell dispatch you weren't available. Stick with Uber.

Absolutely horrible. Driver NEVER assigned. Calling them is a complete waste. Catch a yellow cab on the street and I'm sure it's just as good as any other... but yellow cab ia the absolute worst for dependability. Though if you speak english your options are limited
