Not bad for old version

This app sucks registration part of it would not even switch lines from email to name why can't I have Uber instead of this crap yellow cab in my town

Worst experience ever. Booked cab 3 times trying to get to airport. Started booking a cab at 5:30am. Kept getting e-mail saying $3.00 please rate driver. Cab #1115 had to end up calling Uber to catch my flight. Thanks Uber.

It couldn't even process the order to get a cab. Got an uber instead and paid the surge price.

Don't waste your time installing

Now it won't even open every time it gets ready to start, it crashes! now what was a great app won't even open. Even if you uninstall it then reinstall it won't let you past the sign in page, states internal server error as the problem. Won't even let you create a new ID claims the same server error. Did you even test the app first before your release to the public because this is s major fail!

They make u pay for a ride that u already paid in cash for or with card in car. I can't delete my old card I can't add any new cards until I pay this $4 wtf???? Seem like its ripoff please fix asap. I lost $20.50 that I needed behind this

Only reason yall is the leading provider is cause yall is the only provider yall is scared of competition now little rock has uber most of the customer ride with them Birmingham open yall eyes and bring another company in and watch those loyal customer leave

I don't know if I should rate the app or the untrained drivers but my experience was terrible. I want a free ride and not just a few blocks.

Useless in Biloxi

i used yellow cab for years and recently the service has ben horrible i was so afraid of one driver within 5 min of being in the cab i had him pull over and let me out after he cussed at me and put his finger in my face i made a complaint to the company who sent another cab after waiting on the side of the dark road for a hour and was not offerd a discount or any thing last week i called for a cab and one pulled up myself and a lady in her 70S ask which of us she was picking up the female driver rudley and sarcasciticly said " im drop my passangers off " i decideded id rather walk the 3 miles home as the same female driver drove past me in a YELLOW CAB she blew the horn and flip me the bird out the the window of the cab i called the company and was apologized to by the man that answered the phone but never even offer a discount or another cab yelloe cab what is wrong with yall you are letting your drivers be thugs to your customers you will go out of bussiness at thiis rate i know i will never use the again

Stupid ever cab service

Absolutely awful. My first two experiences with this app had it crash when I tried to pay and then the actual swiper in the car denied my card for no reason. Beware. My fare increased 4 dollars to get to the ATM

Uber is better.

Fare rates, round trip discounts, credit cards accepted

Gets a cab to my location in minutes without hassling with a dispatcher. Can also track my driver ahead of his arrival. Terrific app.

Used to work great, not just shuts down as soon as I try to open it

When I can actually get an order in, the cabs always show up on time and are friendly and clean. But the app itself is constantly shutting down on me. I've uninstalled and redownloaded a few times with no improvement.

Awesome don't have to deal with a out of state Dispatch .....

Goes to black screen, doesn't work.
