Sometimes the GPS doesn't mark the exact addres so i always put where i am and my contact info, but Some of the drivers don't read the notes section so they can't find me or put me as a no-show. Hopefully a staff member will see this and tell all the drivers to READ. Thank you

Very easy! Did what it was suppose to. I installed the app and scheduled a pickup for an appointment I have in a couple days. GPS set my initial location and it was spot on. I couldn't type in the destination, so I just moved the map so the red destination was on my destination. Then I tapped it to set the exact location. I set it and it shows I have a pending taxi booked. I also got an email confirmation. Perfect!

I had hopes for this app. Disappointed. Does not recognize locations. Cannot add locales. Not user friendly, imo.

The app does it's job when it doesn't want to force close or freeze up. But for some reason, I can never input my destination. I type the destination, and no option comes up to click it. As well as me being able to track drivers, that can't be done either. Not a great app. Uber seems like a better choice.

App has been updated and will now work properly with newest Samsung smart phones. If you had issues in the past please update to newest version and issues should be resolved.

Update fixed issue with android lollipop now working good and has much better look/features... Definitely recommend only 4 stars because app will work fine except keyboard causes app to crash if adding extra notes for driver.. If you don't add notes works perfectly no crashing!

When it's working it does a good job... Seems to be down far too often... Needs option for inputting confirmation tracking manually if you need to call for cab so you can still track progress.. No reason to guess when the cab will show up when tracking is already built into the app

If you use a cab in worcester make it yellow cab and use this app. You will never call in another taxi. My only complaint is there should be a favorites menu. Someday in an update Hopefully.

At first glance, it looks good, but right from the start there's glitches and crashes. The "report a problem" function gives an invalid email address too.
