STLtaxi is the booking application for Laclede Cab taxi services in Saint Louis, Missouri. We are pleased to offer even more convenient access to St. Louis city’s largest, cleanest and lowest priced fleet with our free STLtaxi app.

To begin using the STLtaxi today:
• Download the free app
• Create an account (Email, Name, Phone # and Password)
• Validate your account (via the confirmation email you receive)
• Login to the app (Email & Password)
• Enter your pickup address
• Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
• Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)
On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location.
The STLtaxi app retains a history of your previous reservations (up to 30 days) for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favorite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.
You can also customize your orders by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred method of payment. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.

I don't have a problem with this app. Laclede cab comes within 6 min.at the latest in St.Louis. The drivers are friendly so far and I like it when the cab company texts me to let me know what time they will arrive. I think it just depends what town or city you are in and the person who is driving.

Laclede cab is the worst pre-ordered a cab 3 hour before wait for like an hour tried calling the whole time didn't answer when they did they said their trying ask how long it will be they said they wouldn't know it the 3 time that's happened to me don't use go with uber!

The app is nice and has a decent tracking feature. Unfortunately the drivers are pretty awful and don't even check to see if they have the right passengers. I would go with County Cab as they use the same app and drivers will actually check for the correct passengers.

(AM in the PM) Any time I need a cab in St. Louis, I call Laclede. I've ridden others, now I ride the best. Clean, comfortable cabs, prompt drivers, and this application is awesome. Automatic payment from debit is a sweet feature, and the nearest cab and ETA features with email confirmation are the cat's meow. Thanks for a great experience! Three times over the last week I needed to use the application, and it was spot on with nearest cab, estimated time of arrival, and getting me where I needed to go.

Seems to work okay for ordering a cab in advance, but if you want a cab asap, calling seems to get your order through much faster. Would be nice to get an estimate wait time instead of just seeing "waiting for driver to be assigned" indefinitely. App also crashes frequently and seems kind of buggy in general sometimes. I love the concept and like some of the features, but the app needs to be way more reliable.

The app works, but U will have 2 call them 2 make sure a car has UR order. If U book hours N advance...call 2 hours b4 pick up. If U don't, U may not get a car.

Tried this once on a Saturday night in downtown St Louis-- where I live. The app itself worked, but the driver, that showed up in the app, data few blocks away and never came. I will try one more time but not if I am in a hurry.

I always get a cab but often the app won't show me where the cab is and assumes the ride is over as soon as someone accepts the fare so I never really know if someone had quick metered me or not which happens.

This app is wonderful however I have to keep signing into it just to indicate where I want to go or to be picked up i have to keep signing on. I should not have to do that. The taxi majic app you don't have to do that it does not require that. please get rid of the signing in if you have my email I should not have to sign on everytime I use this app.
