You can also customize your orders by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred method of payment. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.

4 times now I've used this app and only one time have you guys gotten it right. How is it that I still have to call to get a cab when I preorder over an hour in advance? 25 percent is not a good way to keep customers.

Developers finally updated the app to work on Lollipop, so I can run it now, but it doesn't have an option to request wheelchair accessible vehicles, so I don't expect to use the app any time soon... Also, when you open a menu, the back button closes the entire app instead of just the menu.

This was great for the first time I've used it. Until today. I tried to book a cab home and i didn't receive the notifications that my cab was out infront until it was too late. I got outside and saw that the cab left. I called the company about it and before i can finish my sentence they (Stacey) hung up on me. I really liked the app because it was soooo convenient. Unfortunately while this happened I really wouldn't recommend this anymore. I'd like to talk to the manager about this.

Cab sits at a location for 20 min. Then starts to head to your location. They just place cabs randomly nearby so you THINK a cab is coming right away!

Used this religiously for the past year but as of a month ago, I keep getting a message that I'm outside of their booking service range... which is untrue. Please look into this and update the app, otherwise I'll look elsewhere for my early morning commute.
