The app itself is great. Only problem is drivers consistently sit for up to 5 minutes after you book your ride. Yet to book a ride through the app without having to call dispatch to get the driver moving. Disappointing. Also, drivers frequently charge max of the estimate rather than turning their meters on.

This app will show you the nearest taxis to your starting point, whether you use GPS or enter it manually, along with an ETA of your taxi and who will be driving you. After your ride, the app resets and lets you rate the driver, cleanliness, safety etc. This is everything The Ride is not, and is well suited for Hamilton ON. I've used it a couple of times and will use it again.

It's a great app they show the nearest taxis associated to you're location, you can track where the taxi is and you can pick whether you want a car,van,or wheelcar taxi, there's even an option for any taxi, I rated a 4 because sometimes the driver goes to a different location around where you placed the taxi to go

The drivers consistantly sit for 2-5 minutes after you request before driving. Also I dont know why tjeu allow us to request with pinpoint since the drivers never go to where your pin is but to the address associated with it.. Does not work with hospital and apartment entrances. Not surprised that blue line fails. Take UBER.
