• Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)
On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location.
The Blue & White Taxi App retains a history of your previous reservations (up to 30 days) for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favorite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.
You can also customize your orders by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred method of payment. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.

It's always worked flawlessly for me until the other day after I upgraded to 5.0 lollipop on my Note 4 and it crashes right after you login with your details. Woulda got 5 stars but they need to fix the app for lollipop users *edit* it's been so many months without a fix even with me going out of my way and personally e-mailing them about the issue. Rating dropped to 1 star until fixed. If you like booking through an app quickly instead of calling them and being put on hold forever use the competition!

Used the app for the first time and the GPS pickup location was completely wrong. I will not use the app again. Deleting and will call in from now on. I did not appreciate a 45 minute wait for a 10 minute pickup

Horribly run company. Drivers won't take you if they don't like the destination. Drivers don't confirm who they are picking up which results in up you waiting 30min for a taxi. Save yourself the hassle and go with Allstar .

It wouldn't find my location. Then when I attempted to enter my address manually, it said it's invalid. Eventually had to call. I've no idea who wrote this app but it's evident they didn't put any effort in it. B&W, you can do better than this.

I'm one of BW Taxi's very satisfied and happy customers. I regularly use this great convenient BW Taxi app on my device for all my online bookings and I absolutely love everything about it. BW Taxi offers excellent technology and service. I highly recommend this. I love the facts that :- - I can easily make my bookings with just a few taps. - A driver (closest to me) is always assigned in under a min and it tells me right there on the app. - I can easily view in real time on a map the exact location of the assigned driver. - I can save my frequently used address, destinations, etc. - And more.

For the most part all my cab drivers are nice. I've had a few jerks as well. They make a huge deal over paying by debit and act inappropriately about it.My other issue is how they shut the cabs down when people need them the most. Such as a little bit of snow and they stop running. You want to know why you are losing business that's a big reason why you are losing business. Why do you shut everything down and leave people stranded and stuck because of a little bit of snow. Obviously the people that are calling a cab don't drive or don't have access to a car.
