Something is broken. A recent update causes this app to crash when attempting to enter a destination. Android 7. Drivers are fine, dispatch is fine. Just the app is broken.

The dispatcher called me telling me my cab is outside. I told him no he isn't cuz I'm in front & I don't see the cab car. Then he repeated the address of my location--they had it wrong. I told him the correct address & he right away tells me "Well that's not what you put!" & eventually hangs up on me. But the cab driver was nice when he came to pick me up. So 1 star for the dispatcher people & 3 for the cab driver.

Sometimes they come sometimes they don't called right when I left work they said 5 to 10 mins 15 min later I called they had to send different cab out said 15 to 20 mins never showed up if the passenger says which route to go go that way don't drive around so you can add more money to the meter

All the cab company's in and around oak park,norridge,Chicago area,river grove,etc..are aweful! They'll say 20 mins or so and NEVER come at all or you have to keep calling to get someone to finally come. Red cab company is the same too. Thank god gladstone went out of business because they where the worst by far.

i ordered a cab they picked me up and took me to my destination the guy said he would wait i took maybe 5 mins.. and so i left and waited 2 hours for a new one to get me just for them to call me and yell at me apperently i kept moving even tho i stayed in the same place for 2 hours

The app worked fine for a bit then as all reviews stopped working. An update came out however to fix Uninstall app before most recent update then reinstall and bingo..... app works again very convenient for our hood :)

Not at all intuitive about address input. Something so simple and stupid as recognizing a train station as a legitimate pickup point is lacking. You reduced the size of your dispatch staff for this POS? DUMB!

Many months later, I still have to call for one because my address doesn't show up on the app. Been like that for almost 2 years. One night, 20 min wait.. 30 went by, "2 more hours". Cancelled my can and called 303 instead.
