They tell people IF the Driver doesn't show up in 20 MINUTES call back but when you do the Driver tells dispatch the address was wrong and the person wasn't there that is what happened to me twice already and I gave them the right address I had to yell at the Dispatch person just so they get my destination right its like they don't understand English half the time I press one for English.... and when a person orders a Taxi online it doesn't show up!!

The app would be fine if they actually picked you up. Scheduled a pick up for the morning and they never came. When I called they said they would send someone in 15 minutes. The cab driver called 15 minutes later and said no one was in the area and he could be by my house in 15 minutes. What is the sense of scheduling a ride if they do not acknowledge it and have a cab come? Will never use this app again. Forced me to drive to the airport myself and almost missed my flight.

I give it a four because i have had issues with my drivers coming that i have scheduled and relied on..that just never showed up...so accuracy and reliability are a concern. I chose to use the app so i could manually relay the address and times verses calling due to complete frustration in lack of ability to get a customer representative who can understand English..it was taking me upto 15min and 3-4 people to speak with before they could get the information correctly...just frustrated.. .ugh!!!
