For my needs, this works well. I use it to deposit checks remotely, check balances, transfer between accounts, It is annoying to have to return to the log in screen every time you switch to do anything else. Multitasking isn't an option. But I understand that is probably more secure.

I'm surprised APCOCU has an app so that's an instant 3 stars. Simple and easy to use, plus one more. I downloaded it because the website said it was able to deposit checks remotely, but the option is nonexistent. So no five stars.

Good app that does everything I need. So glad to be able to deposit checks via mobile.

A lot better than the old app (especially the check deposit feature). Will get 5 stars if it gets bill pay feature.- update - finally has billpay!

90% of the time application do not work. Error....

Was a great app. After the last update I cannot login anymore. It's been a month since it worked.

I see several other complaints, but the app works great for me.

App works about half of the time I need it.

Almost every time I go to check my balance it says system error then I go online and it doesn't work correctly for me either very inconvenient for someone who works 60+ hours a week

Get error message when app is loading. I don't get an opportunity to enter a pw. Very frustrating

After multiple attempts, and password changes this app still will not log in. I am able to get my image and passphrase but keep getting a cannot validate error. My call to the credit union proved fruitless.

But now I just get network and system errors. Even restarting the phone and reinstalling the app, I still get crashes... before I can so much as complete the login process

I can't ever sign in because the app is always messing up.

Please fix it so that the app can be actually used and not be in consistent error mode

Very happy to finally see a check depositing feature. I will update this review once I have a chance to use it. Though way better than the previous app, this app is still a little clunky in the UI.

Needs the option to allow "paste" in the password field. I use a password manager specifically so I can have long random passwords. It's a real pain typing in the 15 character random string, especially since it blanks it out every time the app comes back into focus.

I have used the old app for years and it worked perfectly. This app Won't even let me put my username in. It just keeps saying error , call 1234567 for assistance .( not the real phone number )

Thanks for fixing this app. Easy to load and use. I had problems using previous app and uninstalled.

The app will not let me log in.

The old app never updated. It just kept having saying there was an error. So I installed the new app but the old app remained until I manually removed. Upgrades shouldn't do this. But now, I don't have any problems with the new app.
