Used to work, but now I get "system error please try later" whenever I try to do something. Utterly useless app which adds to my stress when trying to catch a train.

Can't use the app as it throws a system error when it detects I'm an existing customer. This in addition to the fact that the machines in car parks fail regularly. Very disappointing for something (car parking) that should be so simple!

Can't even register. Says i am on the system then comes up with system error. Looks like it has been doing this for some time and nobody is doing anything to fix it. Uninstalled

This is so bad compared with other parking apps. It is misleading in the way it handles charging such that I've had to start an appeal case. Apparently for parking from 22.30 on a Wednesday to 15.00 on Friday I should have selected 3 days not 2. I got no reminder when the period ended anf when I checked the receipt it stated 2 days from Wednesday 22.30 to Thursday 23.59! Even my 10 year old daughter said that doesn't add up. Don't get caught out with this. I hope they sort put the basics!

LG Nexus 5X. Older version just didn't work for me. This one does. It's basic, but then buying a parking ticket isn't exactly rocket science so that's fine. quicker and easier than the phone for buying my regular ticket.

Shocking app. Want to give it zero stars. Doesn't even support smart lock for passwords. They don't care how rubbish their app is. Just out to try and screw us over.

I am a phone user and doesn't work. Very silly app. Don't waste your time.

Downloaded app and tried to register to be told I was already registered. Tried to login - errors, requested password - I hadn't registered an email, phoned number and my old car was registered. Told to text new car reg, no response. Tried to login again using old car reg to see if i could change it in app. Error. FFS. By now wasted 30 mins, late and no cash for machine that only takes coins. Fix this rubbish!!

Rubbish - won't let me register because it says I already have...... Did not register but did phone. Waste of time, but based on the feedback many others have had similar problems. But developer/provider don't care as carport users have no choice as its a hospital car park.

Can't use it as it will not update with my new car details, if I click buy parking it will show my old car details even though under vehicle details it shows my new car, have tried for several months with no change, so totally useless and a waste of storage, now going to uninstall.

The first version was a bit clunky but the developers have improved it, and I can now pay for parking within thirty seconds. Not pretty, but functional!

Unusable garbage. It says that I've used the system before, so confirm my car's registration, which I do - then it throws 'unspecified error' and won't progress any further, no matter what format I try and enter the registration in.

Error message try again later, I didn't think all the other reviews would be actually 100% right but negative ratio adds up

I'm going to be one of those users who go against the grain, and say I found this app really usable. I don't seem to have had the problems which other people have had. The app does all it has to, and you can trace your parking history via the Apcoa website.

Which makes me mad considering how much money you guys get from plots of concrete.

I downloaded this app with fear and trepidation having read the reviews. However, it worked seamlessly and efficiently for me. I can't fault it.

Absolute dogpoop. Can't change vehicle once one has previously been entered. App resembles an intro to coding project for 12 year olds. Avoid.

Password limited to 5 characters, doesn't appear to link up with your web/phone registration. The licence agreement fails to display. Woeful, I suspect a summer holiday intern could do better.
