I can't download/open it. Every time I try a pop up shows up saying it can't be opened. Can you please fix this? Or tell me what I am doing wrong? I don't want my money to be thrown out the window like it's growing on trees...

I bought the summer 2016 issue, and can not read it. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 4, on Marshmallow. It just loads for a while, and either loads a blank screen or pops a unable to read alert, and closes back to the main app screen.

I asked the Support team for help and they sent me this helpful instruction in an e-mail: Please can you try deleting the edition, then downloading it again to see if this fixes the problem? To delete the edition, please press the View button along the top right of the app’s main screen, then press the My Library button. On the My Librar page, please press the trash can button along the top, then press the delete icon that appears on the corner of the edition.

WTF are 5sos doing in Rock Sound? All credibility gone, which is a shame as it used to be a good mag. Leave the boy bands to Kerrang. When the fan girls have moved onto something new you might just find the extra sales weren't worth loosing long term readers. Deleting app and looking for something else to read....

I've had this app on my phone for a while and have finally got it up and running. I love this app, I can't get this magazine where I live so this app is great for me. I loved it.

Basically just a pdf reader, you're better off buying the physical issues

5sos isn't my favorite band but its okay to have them in magazines. But the people who only get it for 5sos and are asking for ONLY 5sos should realize that the world doesn't revolve around 5sos

all these people who "only downloaded for 5sos this isn't 5sos magazine. Yes I like them but that shouldn't be why you buy the magazine. There are plenty of great bands featured in it, please expand your taste. -.-

Really like the app.

I bought my first digital copy of Rock Sound and was pretty disappointed with this application as the pdf veiwer is horrendously slow and clumsy and doesn't have a text view option like Zinio does. Really enjoy the magazine but will be sticking to Alt Press or Blunt until you either move to Zinio or make a better application. I own a HTC one.
