Free Press App is the worst app that I pay for!

Used to work until it updated.

How the hell can you go from being a free application for years to all of a sudden your going to charge me!!!!! Uninstall all together.... who ever reads this KEYC channel 12 local has a application and they remain true... FREE.... YOU GET THE SAME LOCAL NEWS.... FRESS PRESS= DELETE you seriously had 1,000+ downloads now your down to 23 people. After I uninstall you now have 22 Mankato..... get real!!!!! Your only going to lose more!!!!!!!

I had this app for months on my phone and it was free to use, now after reading 19 articles it wants money! What a joke I'm taking someone's review advice and downloading KEYC app

Crashes all of the time. I wonder if it is just on the galaxy s5 or if others are having the same issue.

When my Tab4 upgraded to 5.1.1 Free Press app required an update. Since then I cannot read entire e-newspaper on the tablet. I reinstalled app several times, had the newspaper reset the account. Think there is a bug in it.

Easy to use, clean design. Love!

Wish the focus of the news stories would be on local, other than that app works. App not as cluttered as home page, so that is a plus.

I like getting both local and national news. I think the new app is great! Having to subscribe (and pay) to view full content used to bother me but I subscribe to several publications and it`s just the way it`s done now.

The app update is terrible. I can't read the entire headline anymore on the stories. That combined with intermittent paper delivery is forcing me to cancel my subscription.

This is really a great way to read just the stories you are interested in. Just scroll down A+

It keeps kicking me out even though I paid and am signed in. Have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling just to sign back in. Fix please.

How can you offer this app without subscription and then suddenly change it? Uninstalling...

Had this app for a long time but after 19 articles (which don't always load) it requires a fee. I too went to the KEYC app instead

They only allow 20 free articles so once those run out I uninstall the ap and then download it again to start over with 20 more free articles. I would never pay for this ap.

Was Free. Now Charges. Still Advertises. I Say They Are Double-Dipping. Delete This App!

Great app. I subscribe to the morning paper and this is great when I don't get me a chance to read it before I run out the. Also helps me to keep abreast of local news when I am out of town.

If you go into the manage apps and go to the free press app and delete the data. You can continue looking at articles

This app doesn't provide full access to the Free Press but they now demand a subscription after a certain number of articles. As I clicked through the site to use my number of articles several of them refused to load but they still counted. I went from enjoying this app to strongly disliking it. I suggest KEYC and The Journal (still both free, for now) as better news sources. Uninstalling this app now.

Used to love reading this app and the ads didn't ever bother me, but now it is asking me to subscribe. I'm uninstalling it and will read local news somewhere else.

Finding I am unable to log in to app even though I am a paid subscriber, at least through the app. Keyboard won't respond when trying to log in. Liked the app better when it did not require log in, but especially frustrating now.

I made the mistake of updating my app the other day and nowt doesn't work. I did an uninstall and reinstall and still no go. It tells me my pad is not excepted with this upgrade. I moved to Texas and use this app daily to keep up with what is going on back home.

Very impressed with the efficiency of this application. Mankato should be very proud of this paper.
