Very informative

Much better than its humble beginnings when the app never started or would take 5 minutes to load. Loads ok, good dynamic lead stories, followed by good, relevant, various SI stories. Good notifications on big news stories as well. Could use some live cams of roads & bridges during the rush hours, specifically the notorious trouble spots. Also notifications for where overnight work is taking place and when/for how long.

I look to the Si live app to keep me up to date on what's going on in Staten island several times a day.

Up to date info on local news. It's great to know what's trending on the island

Keep getting pop ups from Walmart when I open app never happened before. Uninstall now

It does not crash anymore. And it loads up immediately instead of buffering and spinning for an hour .

The only thing to read if you're from Staten Island !!!

Headlines not very current, updates are not updated frequently, sports take lead, and what is read on website will be published in SI Advance.

This is the slowest app I've ever seen! I actually clicked on the app, after 3 minutes of staring at a black screen, got up to brush my teeth, came back.. screen was still black, and finally opened up about a minute later. Changing articles is almost as bad! DELETED IT!

Slow app. Takes forever to open and screen is black for 60 seconds.

Take forever to open. Screen stays black for 30 seconds before even opening and when it opens takes forever to open a page. Old version was way better.

Withing the past two months this app takes a loooong time to open. Very glitch. Sad, I really used to use it a lot

Update: Seems to be getting worse. Sad that our local news is reduced to such a frustrating app

Used to be a very nice App full of useful and important information for staten island. ..NOW it's a disaster, takes very long to open, freezes, takes forever to view an article. Don't know what they're thinking with this version...EITHER FIX IT OR GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION. Another embarrassment for SI !
