There's no way I can find to comment on content! It's great to have access to the content but a mobile device is all about social interaction and connections. This app is socially useless. The servers are also inexcusably slow. Put some funding into this or give it up. I've unstalled it. ........... I retried the app this week. I turned off all notifications except "important notifications" and it is harrassing me abour hubcap thieves in Chicopee and other trivial stories. I haven't even tried to comment on content. Uninstalling again.

Satisfactory news app. Works fine. Doesn't blow me away. Could use better presentation and once in a while a story won't load

Too many notifications. Couldn't turn them off.

Only thing I don't like is u can't go back to old stories like when u go-to news and then police and fire it only lets u sift thru a short column

App doesn't even work or open. I have a lg v10 so it's not my phone

Can't get the important alerts anymore. It doesn't allow me to turn it on

I uninstalled. Alerts keep going off.

I don't like the automatic alerts. I would like the option of not getting them.

Love it, but sometimes brings me to a facebook question page fix this and ill give it 5 stars

Very easy to use

Allow me to turn off all notifications, and I'll download again. Stupid that it's not an option.

Used to work, now I click on a story and get a blank page. Western Mass news works better.

This app used to crash all the time and take forever to load. They recently re released it and the new version works very well. I've a lays loved masslive's Web site, glad their app is finally functional

Love it. Just wish they didn't get rid of the forums. Don't know why they did because some of them were funny

BUT someone at this organization has finally realized the legacy of this once glorious newspaper and has dispatched folks to REPORT the news ! However, the app. Is still an amateurish piece oh junk programming ~ and no one cares to try to fix it. Well, at least the sign on the building works !

This app is the worst news app on my device. It hangs with a black screen and takes several minutes to launch and breaking news notifications rarely take me to the story. I access the site through the Chrome browser because the app is so frustrating to use. I only keep it because it's a local news source.

Every time I open it, it takes 1-2 mins to open. Then when content needs to refresh good luck. Haven't seen an update in months ....stick with 22 news app ....

App used to be fine. Then no more commenting on articles with a mobile device. I can comment on desktop PC. Oh well, uninstalling and changing to WesternMass news.

App freezes immediately upon loading. Half the push notifications are irrelevant, and the articles are riddled with typos and poor editing.

Still notifies you even when you tell it to turn notifications off. Thats an Instant uninstall reason for me.
