Samsung Galaxy S5: This app makes it so easy to submit claims. I discovered that the camera does not focus until you press the button to take the picture. You need to fix the error messages to send documentations. They don't go away until the pictures are received by the insurance company. When I tried resending them the first time, they were marked as duplicates.

CONNECTION ISSUED FIXED! Updated to 5 stars. Thanks Aon Hewitt! It's November 1st. It's been over a month since this app tanked. Uninstalled and reinstalled too many times with no success. Why does it continually say no Internet connection when you can't get much more connected?

Like other comments, doesn't let you log on, even though you enter the right password, it gives you error message with a code. You call the help desk, they are no help. Bad bad app. If there was a minus star, I would have given it. No password reset option???

The app seems very useful and is easy to use... except I'm trying to add claims for a dependent care fsa and the app doesn't appear to keep a record of my submission despite it showing statement the photo was uploaded and claim successfully submitted.

This app does not work on my LG-G5. I was able to use once. Submitted documentation just fine. But after the first time, I have not been able to use at all. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app several times but it still does not work. When I try to login, I keep getting this long message about oasis and them an error code at the end. The one time that I was able to use it, it really worked great. Would be a great app if they could fix login issues. Will check back later to see if there is a resolution to this problem and maybe then can rate higher.

This is a quick and easy way to submit my FSA claims. Previous log in issues have been fixed. However, I have to submit documentation twice, almost every time, bc it's "unreadable." Doesn't matter if I take the pic via the app or load from my gallery. Then I submit the exact same pic again and it works?

I just updated your app and I still can't logon. The error message says, "The signature or decryption was invalid. Call Us / Try Again". I know my user name and password are obviously correct because I had no trouble logging on to your main website just a few minutes ago. (You don't have to have a different password for the app, do you? That would make no sense.) I also went to the app settings and I cleared the cache, cleared the data and hit 'force stop'. I tried logging on again, but still got the same error message. Please help!

Pretty much useless if you get your bills electronically. I sent a screen capture because this app ONLY accepts images, no PDFs or DOCs. That seems pretty short sighted to me. Of course the claim was rejected because they "couldn't read" it. I wound up having to use the website.

Update 2/14/2017: Ok, now submitted images are being kicked back as illegible again. In fact, the images are quite detailed and very readable before being sent from my Samsung Note 5. The app is once again unusable for submitting receipts.

Very frustrating app. It WILL NOT remember your username & password. Suggestion: After initial login, offer an option for user to set a PIN, for easier subsequent logins.

I hope the developer of this app reads this post because the internet issue that drives everyone to dumping it has to do with the apps cache. For those of you who have no choice but to use this app I really feel for you. So if you grow tired of uninstalling and reinstalling this app you can get it working again by going to your app manager then force the app to stop, clear the cache and delete thae apps data. Then you will be able to log in with no issues at least until the apps cache gets messed up again. Update - thank you for fixing the login issue. However, I am still leaving a bad review because of two separate issues. The first being there is zero support for this app. The app says to contact my benefits center for support who then tells me to contact the developer. The second issue has to do with only being able to submit a picture. I wish this app supported more file types. It is really annoying to have to take a screenshot of a pdf version of my receipt.

If I can upload PDFs when using the site to file a claim, the app should allow the same, esp when the images uploads never seem to be legible and cause the claim to be denied.

Asks for company login info and then gives an error code saying not valid. Call and give them the error. They have no clue. Useless

Lock not available for input!? What is that!? I tried to sign in to send my receipt and that's the message I get. This is crap! How am I supposed to get reimbursed when I can't even sign into the app!?

The camera function does not work and inverts the image. When you use your phone's camera it logs you out every time you switch apps.

You guys need to allow the APP to upload PDFs instead of just taking or uploading a picture. 99% of the time you guys can't see the images because it's a mobile photo.... Dealing with the APP and customer service is a nightmare!

What happened??I just wrote this review and went to use the program and it says it's stopped working!! I had no No problems using it before. Very simple and does the job easily and quickly. Just attach a picture of the bill , hit a few buttons and your done. It keeps a record of all transactions. Love it.

I submitted documentation multiple times with visible correct dates, and they kept denying my claims saying the dates were incorrect. The last receipt I sent in, THE DATES WERE EVEN HIGHLIGHTED. I am appalled at how horrendous this app is. It worked well for the first month, but someone is slipping up. Not to mention I have to change my password EVERY TIME I LOG IN. I NEVER leave reviews, even bad ones, but this was just TOO much. This app is trash. Extremely disappointed.

Installed on my new phone, Pixel, Everytime I try to put in the company name, I get an error message of "unable to connect to the internet" message. The internet is fine. I downloaded the app moments prior. ** Update: thanks for the quick turn around on this problem. Giving back the stars!! **

I LOVED this app. The simplicity of providing receipts was excellent, now...it is terrible. I will fax my receipts, so archaic. Uninstalled. Tried the recommendation to reinstall, now it cannot connect to the Internet regardless of WiFi or 4g LTE. Good try, but still not fixed.

App used to work no problem. Now it says no internet connection even when I am on WiFi. Just bring it back to previous version so in the meantime you can figure out the issue instead of keeping users from even accessing the app. Obviously this has been ongoing for 2 weeks plus. Do something!

Very poor app. Declines payments without providing good rationale. Fails to recognize that you have internet. Says password is wrong... horrible app. Currently working with HR to switch away from this app for dependant care saving account reimbursement.

The app used to work flawlessly. Now... it shows no Internet connection regardless of whether I am connected to 4G LTE or WiFi. I have to Uninstalling and reinstall a few times, it will work once and then I'm back to the cycle of Uninstalling and reinstalling again.

Enjoyed using app. Was very easy and user friendly. Now since the last update it will not open. States that 'app has stopped'. I have reported it twice as suggested with no reaponse.

Same issue as before; invalid password. It's the same one I use at work. No wonder I uninstalled it again. Most annoying.
