After update it asks for am activation code to log in, but one isn't provided. Useless if you can't open it.

Why do u need my phone call info? Invasion of privacy rights of people on other end of calls that haven't granted their permission! How do calls apply to this app? Too much data mining info permissions! Think twice about info you are giving away, folks!

Its OK but my mobile security does the same thing now and this keeps saying an error has happened and is stopping program.how do I deactivate it I've gone to the aol site and my phones device admin and deactivated it but something is not working because its not letting me uninstall it.

THINK ITS A WASTE OF SPACE ON MY PC

On desktop or labtop or notebook this product works great but on mobile I'm having trouble opening the App after installation and registering the App.now the App will not open.after some time the problems with the app was with my phone.cause it works great on this phone and I have had no issues with its productivity and workmanship.it's doing a great job at this time.

Can't read articles. Keeps scrolling back to beginning. Frustrating

I tried using several of the so called AOL benefits and found most are just a very lite version of a real app asking me to pay for the real app and actually get a real deal. These are but comercials hawking the full app.

I like the security of AOL's Data Mask app. I use this app for banking and my other important accounts. I purchased this for my laptop as well. Keep up the great work!

Wow! These guys are slick! Had to fake them out with an install to an old device in order to post this comment!!! Here goes, Truth to ones self is paramount! Ok; after disregarding all these incessant emails from AOL about all the wonderful "free" benefits I rate simply because I've been paying them about $10- every month for a zillion years, I finally acquiesced and decided to actually read, process and understand all the crap they've been pushing my way month after month! I thought that this Datamask app might be a worthwhile endeavor and was just about to download this *Datamask AOL freebie* to my Galaxy S-4..... .....until I read the reviews. Are these freaks seriously expecting new clients when their product intro seems like another Obama failed rollout? I'll be damned if I'm going to be another guinea-pig test case for this lame product. As some of the peeps already posted (btw, thank you all very much for your candid insights), roll this crap back up, fix it, test market it on your own families and then please let me know when it is safe for people to download and use. Thank you very much. :P

Seriously wished I had read the reviews...I usually always do. Just thought hey its a security app from AOL it should be ok....wrong! This app doesn't even open to see what it does and what not. What the heck ??? Wasted my time with a security app that has to be forced closed every time before it actually even opens lmao.....this thing is useless!!

Not aol client user friendly. After downloading the the app it got forceclose message everytime I open it. Do not waste your time.
