This is the best locale switcher app that I have used. Don't let the warning saying that it doesn't work on Android 4.22 and up fool you. It's working perfectly on my HTC One m9 running Viper One lollipop 5.2. The reason that this is the best is, most importantly, because it has A WIDEGT. You can switch languages quickly and easily from the home screen making this a must have if you are a developer and working on something with multi language support.

This sucks.. im looking for an app to change language on my new htc e8. Im trying to learn how to do it easy. This app dont have the norwegian language but i see it has at least 7 for english..

If you need this to test applications in various languages, you can use this app with the following command to enable all languages on JellyBean (4.1 and later) devices: adb shell pm grant com.aokabi.android.localeswitch android.permission.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION

Wonderful app! My phone didn't have support for Japanese locale. This made it so easy. BTW switch to Japanese then have a look at Maps - amazing!

I need to write texts in three language:. After an hour of looking through market place and trying different apps, lucked on this one. Unlike the others, this app allows you to select just the languages you need instead of having to scroll through a massive list every time. Thanks!

Am very happy with this. It's not as easy to hit a wrong locale in this app as with others as you pick a flag rather than scroll down a list.

Such a handy option if your phone vendor thinks everyone prefers english.
