アプリを開くと、周りの地価情報が自動的に表示されます。地価の違いによって、地図の上に表示されている色も異なります。

２、地価公示と地価調査を選択可能で、平成１年からの価格推移も確認できます。

３、政府に公開されている地価公示、地価調査のデータが同梱されています。ネットワーク環境が無くても、地価の基本情報をご確認することができます。（詳細情報と地価遷移との情報のご確認にはネットワーク環境は必須となっています）。

４、ブックマーク、詳細情報の共有などの機能。
