Ayuda ante impactos

Esta aplicación detecta cualquier deceleración o vibración brusca que pueda sufrir el teléfono en un periodo de tiempo muy reducido bien sea por caída, accidente o cualquier otro motivo. El usuario puede configurar hasta tres niveles de sensibilidad, deshabilitado (no se generan alarmas de ningún tipo), alto (se controlan pequeños impactos), medio y bajo (grandes impactos), así mismo puede configurar hasta tres números de teléfonos móviles a los que se enviará un SMS informando del impacto, de igual forma también se puede personalizar el texto de dicho mensaje.
En el momento en que la aplicación detecta un impacto que supera el nivel configurado mostrará una pantalla de aviso con una cuenta atrás de 15 segundos acompañada de un sonido que alertará al usuario y le permitirá cancelar el envío de mensajes si se trata de una falsa alarma, transcurridos esos 15 segundos se enviará un SMS a cada uno de los teléfonos móviles configurados con el texto configurado más un enlace a Google Maps con las últimas coordenadas que existan del GPS del dispositivo así como la fecha y hora de las mismas que permitirá al receptor del mensaje visualizarlas sobre la cartografía. Por esto es muy importante que al menos durante los desplazamientos se active el GPS del dispositivo y se procure llevar el teléfono en un lugar donde el GPS pueda adquirir posición.
La aplicación funciona como un servicio en segundo plano, es decir, una vez configurada no es necesario que la aplicación esté visible, el usuario puede seguir usando el teléfono normalmente y la aplicación seguirá activa realizando su función. Es más, cuando se apague y se vuelva a encender el teléfono la aplicación empezará a funcionar automáticamente sin necesidad de intervención alguna del usuario.
Por motivos técnicos en los terminales con sistema operativo Android 2.33 e inferiores los sensores de movimiento, acelerómetro y brújula dejan de funcionar en el momento en que el teléfono entra en modo de bajo consumo, es decir, cuando la pantalla se apaga automáticamente después de un tiempo sin usar el teléfono o cuando el usuario apaga la pantalla pulsando el botón de encendido. Esta aplicación evita que el teléfono entre en modo de bajo consumo cuando se ha configurado un nivel de sensibilidad distinto a “deshabilitado” para que la aplicación sea efectiva aun cuando usted lleve el teléfono en el bolsillo. Si durante un tiempo no va a usar la aplicación se recomienda que deshabilite el nivel de sensibilidad y de esta forma el teléfono podrá entrar en modo de bajo consumo de nuevo.
Esta aplicación está concebida como una aplicación que intentará ayudar ante un incidente que pueda provocar una deceleración anómala del teléfono que puede ser producida por diversos motivos pero en ningún caso pretende sustituir cualquier otro dispositivo de seguridad que el usuario pueda utilizar en éste sentido.
NOTA IMPORTANTE:
Hay que tener muy en cuenta que esta aplicación puede no funcionar bajo de terminadas circunstancias algunas de ellas derivadas del propio impacto como por ejemplo rotura del terminal o de algunos de sus componentes básicos, falta de cobertura GSM que impediría el envío de los mensajes, u otros motivos ajenos a la aplicación.

Por todo lo dicho anteriormente el creador de ésta aplicación no asegura que vaya a funcionar en el 100% de los casos y así lo acepta quien decida usarla, no obstante en las múltiples pruebas que se han realizado antes de su publicación ha funcionado perfectamente.
