AnySoftKeyboard - Pali & Sanskrit Language Pack
Standard QWERTY keyboard layout with Pali and Sanskrit diacritics and Pali dictionary (about 75,000 of the most common word-forms in the Pali texts).
Install AnySoftKeyboard first, and then select the desired layout from AnySoftKeyboard's Settings->Keyboards menu.
Note, you will need a special font to actually display the diacritics properly. Instructions on one way to do this are here (requires root):

Long press the letter(s) r, l, a, i, u, m, h, g, y, t, d, n, x, s, and one can find all the diacritical marks except the mark m with a dot above.

The keyboard doesn't appear in the setting. My device is galaxy grand with android os 4.1.2, without root, but it has Hindi fonts with Pali and Skt diacritics originally. Pls. consider fixing it asa you can. Thanks for your devotion to Pali.

S with dot below and ' above are missing. N with dot above and below are Missing. And all consonants with marking are missing.
