Any.do: To-do list & Reminders for Android
love IT. has customized reminder settings. syncs with calendar. love the widget feature. although i wish i could tap on "tomorrow" or "someday" and it would automatically go under that label. I've gone through at least 10 different task/list apps and this has been most helpful. perfect for my needs! tiny complaint: can't get the mic option to work. it always tells me it couldn't detect ):
Would rate it a 5, but wish my list would show in chronological order. For some reason, it list the last item first no matter what time I set. So, 8 a.m. is at the bottom and 4pm is first. Also, I'm unsure if by logging in by gmail, my personal calendars info may show to the recipiant and not just what I choose for collaboration. Please reply to assist. Thank you.
Great app... I love this app. The feature i am missing is the search option...i have lot of reminders added..it will be better if u can add the search feature... Also 1 more thing: there is option to organize notes by date. But the overdue notes always mixes with the present date notes. So there should be an option to identify the overdue notes either by their initial due date or by a seperation from the present notes..
Wish there was an option to make voice recordings instead of the voice recognition. I still have to keep an whattsapp account just to send myself small voice clips or pics. Voice recognition is just too unreliable… bad network connection or background noise or a special word and that critical note is lost with this app.
I installed Any.do so that I could collect items from my Alexa shopping list and have them appear on my Android phone. The app worked well for the first couple of weeks. I could say "Alexa, add milk to my shopping list", and when I got to the store the milk would be on my phone. That no longer works. When I ask Alexa to add something to my shopping list, she does. The shopping list appears on all my Alexa devices. But the new items don't appear on my phone any more. Additionally, the Alexa shopping list on my phone doesn't appear on the web version of Any.do. This breaks the whole idea of synchronizing across devices. I wouldn't rely on this software for anything critical. And I definitely wouldn't be spending money on the pro version.
This is really 4.5* stars, it would be a 5 if you could merge/send tasks into another as a subtask. Like I made an equipment list, and wanted to copy or click and drag and item into it. And being able to click and drag subtasks to prioritize would be awesome. Just ideas if not there.
Was very skeptical at first. However I am getting things done and reducing anxiety that usually freezes me in my tracks. Feeling more confident in myself. I am adhd and procrastination is my middle name.
This app is amazing. It has seriously helped me change my life for the better. As someone who has ADHD staying on top of tasks can be difficult, but this app helps me manage everything. I would highly recommend it!
Annoying. Totally useless as a study planner; good for shopping lists I guess. I subscribed, thinking it would be better if I were using the "paid for: version, but no. They took a year's worth of subscription money when I had expected it to be a month-by-month payment. Now I have no money left in my account! After a few days, I uninstalled it as I had found a better planner. I hope I get a refund.
Amazingly Simple and Intuitive! I'm having trouble with sharing my list. I consistently get a "network error" every time I try to accept the boards that are shared with me. When I shared a board it sends out about 35 invites to the same email. And they were having trouble connecting as well. UPDATE : I love this app which is why I purchased its subscription BUT in my new Axon 7 running Android 7.0, it doesn't work. It freezes and it's just so slow. It's not usable... :(
I used to love this app. Now $27 a year to use features all to do lists have? I can't even set a custom reminder, every 4 days without paying. Absolutely absurd. Bye bye. Moving on to SplenDO list.
Awesome app... Didn't Think Someone Could Make an App This Brilliant. Best for making to do. Need to improve in making collective to-dos,like for someone to make a exam preparation TIME TABLE (like the one i have suffered)its hell bad.....
I subscribed for premium, expecting to use the location reminder feature, but it never worked correctly. Also that location sub app 50% of the time would not identify/find a correct address. I guess I am spoiled by Google maps. I canceled the subscription.
Installed, tried Monthly subscription, installed Cal to work with it, but this wont boot up instantly crashes. Cancelled subscription and will uninstal unless see fix soon. Can see other users having same problem. Samsung Galaxy S7.
Newer versions have a 5 second delay from time I swipe to remove a completed task until the time it actually gets lined through. Very irritating.
Last update was a screw up. Adding a new item to a list within a task causes the item being typed to be hidden by suggested auto completion words/phrases. You can't see what you're typing.
It's really cool and helps keeping you organized. But it's expensive on the long run. I think a one time payment will be more effective and convenient. I will be uninstalling it for another free program. Sorry.
All the freemium features work great. I upgraded to the premium version to use recurring tasks but they don't work very well. That is, they usually don't recur. They recur for a while and then just seem to disappear forever. I opened a support ticket about 2 weeks ago and have had only 1 update from Any.Do staff. One of the promises of the premium account is priority support but that doesn't seem to be the case. I recommend people stick with the free version and if you need recurring tasks, go somewhere else.
I gave this a good amount of time to test out. I had high hopes but they have way to many flaws. And not enough help
I use it on a daily basis. It's very functional and makes my life easier. Due do that, I can't rate it anything below five stars.
I am really loving this app. [Edit] I always had problems with losing my notebook or papers that had my to-do list. In the end my note books keep on piling up because I had to replace them only to find it again later. Now I don't need it anymore. My space is clutter free. More importantly I can see what I need to do clearly and get organised. Somehow the calendar planner in my phone may omit some details due to lack of space. This app really is better. I can read the whole sentence of my schedule planning. It doesn't just get cut off like other planners that I've tried. Also I like the shortcut function on my notification panel.
It's gr8 organiser for work flow n things to be done in specific time. Pl increase font size as now I m 45+
Great to-do app. Love the feature of daily popup which allows me to go through the list of tasks easily and reschedule what I need. So much better than all the other to-do list apps I have tried.
All most all features r available in this app. Very much user friendly...sync option is good. Can be done in multiple device with proper back up in the registered email. Overall a cool app.
Good Reminder!. Need a stronger/louder alarm system on reminders. I missed some because it didn't ring out despite my phone been on and audio on.
I didn't like this app. It doesn't offer anything more than my phone calendar and in some ways less. The only feature that I liked was the daily planning reminder though I didn't quite get his to set it for a time I wanted so it popped up at an inconvenient time. Even so , I'm not the kind of person who wants to enter "check my email" every single day and feel like I've planned. I'd rather enter it once and tell the app to do for a duration, say every daily for six months. Entering it daily becomes a waste of time for me, especially when the marking it complete deletes it. This app is great if you need help developing the habit of time management, but I wouldn't call it a to time management tool. Good place to start when you're totally undisciplined or struggling, but frustrating after you have the hang of it. You want the time spent planning to be productive, not a waste or it becomes counterproductive.
Why do I need to login to a social media account before can use it? In reply to the developer:- Thank you for your reply. It isn't immediately obvious that an email address can be used instead of using social media. Thanks for pointing that out. Perhaps you need to make that clearer on the login page? Never-the-less, I feel creating an account on your servers is superfluous (as well as yet another potential security risk). After all I don't know what data is going to your server, let alone how secure your server is. Email systems these days tend to have calendar/ scheduling/tasks facilities. Any application doing this kind of activity needs to be able to utilise these facilities and not your bespoke system. Still the same rating, I'm afraid. Thanks
This app is exactly what I have been looking for in a list making/reminding/daily planning everything life app. I've downloaded a lot of them and this is by far my favorite! Thank you so much for adding a "plan your day" feature and simple time buttons that keep things at the forefront when you need them. Love this app so much!
1. Have an option to disable blue light flicker for notifications 2. Please, when organizing tasks by list view have the times in order... I have plans listed by when I created them. Don't know if this is a feature or something is wrong... Overall this is a good app for keeping on schedule! Edit: it's been over 3 months, when will you guys organize lists by time and date? I love this app but sometimes it's a big annoying to click on each task. I would put you guys to a 5 star if you made this a feature.
The reminder should be like alarm. In this version reminder is like msg notification, so it can be missed the task by the user if he have not phone closed to him or during charging....
Its often blank note while on the home screen (widget). And won't work. Please fix it.
I have gone through five different task apps this year including Evernote and Keep and I finally found one that really works. it's worth the premium price
The app contains alot of features which requires payment so I dont think it is good.
The change log isn't for generic messages about the vision of the app, would really expect better from seasoned developers. It's been over a year and still not fixed
The best one available! However, it has been crashing a lot since the last update..
This app keeps reminding what I'll have to do and let me organize well. Also, the popups reminder is very handy indeed.
Took one star off for the nagging to buy the premium version. Why the monthly paymens? Seems like a lot to spend on an app. Would have bought it if it was just one payment.
I love the look and feel of this app. It's easy and beautiful but I need far more sorting capabilities for it to be truly useful
Wow! Loved it! Great job! Keep it up guys!! Last but not least, thnx it made my day more organized!! XD!

This app is best of its kind and will keep you laser focused. One of the feature I like the best is the scrolling widget. You're always checking something on your phone anyway that means you're looking at it at least 75% of the time if not more and that puts what you have to get done right in front of your face, you can't miss. There's only one way for productivity to go, and that's up !!! Have a great day and enjoy the app !
