Never got alert on the phone, product returned

If someone rings the bell you will many times get video. The motion sensor is way too sensitive and video almost never works from motion alarms. Video also almost never works if you just want to check on it. About the only time video works is when the bell is rung. Please fix the video issues and add a sensitivity/disable setting for the motion sensor. No way to change timezone or have it pull network time. Had to put tape over the PIR to get rid of all the false motion alarms. Password won't update.
