AntTek FTP/FTPs/SFTP Client

Of course there is no icon in the launcher. As the description states this App is an add on to the Antek file explorer App. One more time. THIS IS AN ADDON! Please don't give a poor review if you don't even understand what it is. If you are too disconnected to understand what an App does then why download it in the first place?

Can't get SFTP to work over the internet. Have not tried any other protocols, but for me this is a bust.

Used to work, not it doesn't. Moved to using ftpcafe which works flawlessly.

App installs under Google Play but there is no Open button to access it neither any shortcut is created to access the app. I did uninstall and I assume my system is not compromised as it only asked for Photos a Media access permission.

There aren't any button to open this app, nowhere!!! It's absoluty stupid! Awful!

SAMSUNG S4. In Apps folder it's not listed as FTP or AntTek FTP or... well I can't find it at all. WTF. From the Play Store page there is no option to Open it, just Uninstall. Not being able to FIND the app is a pretty big bug. Edit: OK I have to install the Anttek File Explorer first. Isn't there a way to tell the end user that when the app installs?

Tried to send this via email, but got an error: Hi. I noticed that external SD card is not detected when going to Device Information to view all memory usage. The only items shown are System Storage, Internal Storage, and RAM. External SD is not included. My device is Samsung Galaxy S II on Criskelo ROM v38 custom ROM. And as a feature request, is it possible to implement a SKIP ALL Button when copying files/folders that already exist on the destination folder.

Okay. Maybe you could make the audio scanner scan the downloaded files (I have to restart the device for the library to spot the new files). But I don't know whether it depends on you or the firmware authors.

This app seems like it would be great, but when i specify a port it still tries to connect with port 21. Giving 2 stars, but will definitely change if this gets fixed!

After Installing it the Software was nowhere to be found.

I'm not sure why everyone hasn't given all of this developer's apps 5 stars, but my advice is to ignore those that rate them otherwise. I've spent lots of $$ purchasing other "comprehensive setting suites" like this one, yet haven't found one that holds a candle to Ant Tek's integrated set of tools. If you question my appraisal, just download the free Ant Tek "Quick Settings" app and give it a test drive...your next move will be to download all of AntTek's apps.

Poor sftp, no support for private key so useless

Needed a way to stream my security cam videos which are uploaded to ftp on motion detection. Most other apps required that you leave your computer on and run their PC software. This app does not! In conjunction with the AntTek File Browser this streams videos and music from my NAS right to my phone. The music player is built into the app itself. However, you can disable it if desired. If you have AVI vids you need to stream use Mobo Player as this does not have a built in viewer. This is a very, very robust app! It does everything I need. I can't imagine what more I'd need in the paid version but I may have to buy just to show my gratitude. File browsing is top notch. If you install it on your tablet, you benefit from multi-pane file browsing which allows you to go up a level with a swipe. At this stage the only thing I dislike is the fact that using the app to view a picture takes way longer than it should. I can start streaming a 3mb song faster than i can view a 100kb jpeg. Why?!?! But I can't really knock it as I didn't get this to look at pics. Other than that I really appreciate all the hard work that went into making this my FTP streamer of choice. Kudos!!!!

This app looks great, but i also could not open it. No shortcut in launcher, and couldn't open from play store. ICS w.prime.

The good: it works. The bad: it doesn't support ssh keys. The ugly: it's extremely slow. The rate about 200KB/s suits for small files only.

Was looking for a good sftp client, and this is a great one. Could be a little more intuitive, but works well once you figure it out.

Would not connect to ftps server, says 'connecting' forever, escape Will not work, have to force close.

But other file manager work fine.

0 stars don't bother. Can't access anything. What garbage!!!! BACK TO iOS, android is awful.
