About iTrackEasy
iTrackEasy is a small Bluetooth device that can be attached to any of items, Eg your keys, wallet, luggage….
With the app on your smart phone you can locate your lost or misplaced item easily. The button on the device also doubles as a camera remote which makes selfie easier.
How it works:
Find items: Tap the "Ring" button on the App and the iTrack Easy device will sound alert and flash LED light.
Find Phone: Hold the button on the iTrack Easy device to make your phone alert.
Item Lost Alarm: Your phone will sound alert when it is separated from the beacon device, and the app will also record the separated GPS location to make you find the item back more easily.
Network Search: If an item is lost, the iTrack Easy network can find it for you. You may receive a notification of where you item is when another iTrack Easy user goes near your item.
Wifi Safe Area: When you connect to those selected WiFi networks, distance alerts are disabled in the iTrack Easy app to avoid constant alerts.
Sleep Mode: You can set the iTrack Easy device to sleep to save battery life and to avoid unwanted alerts.

It's kind of incredible how easy the button on the tracker is to accidentally push. I get as many false alarms in a day as I would expect to hear over the course of a year if the thing was better at it's job. Not too good, unfortunately.

I have downloaded the app and trying to set it up. I have pressed button until it beeps it then says to press next. There is nothing for me to press to go into the nexted step. I have a Samsung please help me. What am I doing wrong.

Cat locator. We have a cat who likes to play hide and seek right around Pill:30. And she's an expert. Now, we can beep her rather than turning the house upside down.

Was great until my wallet was actualy stolen in the minute it got stolen the itrack decided to turn itself off and can't track where it is reported it they said they could help still haven't heard nothing wallet it still missing therefore that's why I rated it the worst app and buying a I track a waste of money

Works extremely well. I use it even more than I expected! Proximity alerts can be set up via the app and muted when connected to home or work wifi. Battery is replaceable but is still at 3/4 full after 4 months. Persistent notification can't be switched off from within the app but can be removed using android settings so it's no problem. Very happy with the product and the app works perfectly.

Far better than TrackrR product in that it never loses BT connection, has better range, and longer battery life. I prefer the visual notification as it confirms app is actively running. Home WiFi area works as designed, highly reliable. Device's sound output is fine considering its size. 4 Stars due to Enhancement recommendation: allow more than 5 concurrent connections. Great product.

Seems to work OK on Samsung S7 Edge. Battery drain if any to be determined. Really annoying constant notification shown which can't be turned off. Please fix.

Zero customer care. Forgot my password and asked the system to reset countless times. Countless messages saying an email has been sent but nothing ever arrives. Abysmal.
