Smart Bracelet Health+

I have a Galaxy S7 edge. I'm trying to set this up for my friend. It won't sync. I would recommend not buying this device. It didn't even come with a charger. It's a waste of money and time.

Bracelet is good and also app. Both doing their job. Nothing less, nothing more. For price of 15€ you cannot expect more. For me

I'm using a Trac pone Android . the cheapest you can get . It is working just fine . Hate to see so many people having so many issues .

Switched on Bluetooth and keeps shutting down. Now won't stay open

Doesn't work it automatically crashes and doesn't sync

Just doesn't scan to find the bracelet. Does nothing.

I have a note for and the app worked at first after installation and sync to device but the very next morning that half would no longer open which renders the whole product almost useless I did not want to leave a bad review but there was nowhere to contact anybody for support. Also app only uses metric system it needs miles and feet please get this fixed then I will change my rating otherwise I would advise anybody not to buy this product which was bought off of Aliexpress

I cant get my smartbracelet to work properly. I charged it up but cant get the basic instructions to get it programed through my android cell phone. Have tried all these different programs on my computer to use step by step but it never shows me how to sync it up with my android cell phone. FRUSTRATED BEYOND BELIEF.

It syncs with the app, only it shows that i have burned 12 000 calories, which can't be true, like wtf? Does this device work at all?

Won't sync, measurements are not in lbs and inches. Difficult to set up, then won't work, save your $$$$.

Have all the right equipment and it won't sync I waisted my money and time. Would love for the issues to be fixed.

Bought one for me and one for my husband from Groupon. Wish I had looked at the app first because these things are garbage. Won't sync up at all :(

I wish i could rate zero stars for it doesn't deserve one. Obviously by so many complaints of it not synchronizing you think they would do something about it. Waste of money.

How do you get your phone to sync with the bracelet??

Stop working completely it doesn't link the device see it but it doesn't link it needs and update to link.

Sync not Sycn. Scanning not scaning. Won't even "sycn" to my phone so it keeps on "scaning". Don't even waste 5 minutes of your time downloading this terrible app

Bracelet wont sync or connect... very annoying and a waste of time and money .. really unsatisfied with the product or the app

Bracelet has sinced and uploaded time with no problems and all data was uploaded back to the phone as well.

Got the device to sync once with note 3 then never again. Do not waste your money on this bracelet. I got as a gift from my child. Basically it is a very cheap watch! !!

Got a bracelet for Christmas but it won't sync with my HTC m8. Totally pointless......
