It's good to check for live updates of what is happening at home, also to check on my pet. So far so good. But have a problem initialising the sd card as for some reason the 128 which I have placed, only reaches 26% and then stops. So as for using it to record footage with notifications this is not possible. I would really like the service department to inform me what to do..... If possible. My rate would then change depending.

This is the only app I could get to work with my Annke HD-TVI 16 channel model DT61Y. The features are inferior to other CCTV apps, but at least I can remote view.

Simple app - with most of what you need. But buggy. I cannot get the schedule to work no matter what I do. It is either on or off. And I could not initialise the SD card via the app. Had to use the web interface to do that. Not getting the schedule to work is really annoying. Everything is set in the app - it just seems to ignore the times that are defined. Otherwise, it is pretty cool. Hoping a patched version is released soon.

Other than an occasional software exception, and having to restart app, it works great. Love being able to see all my cameras at once.

Was working really good at first but now it tells us to input verification code and we did correctly and it says "error input correct verification code" this app was good now it sucks no point

I hate having to add every camera each time I open the app. About to return this junk.

Unfortunately after 3 weeks of working the camera became"offline", connected a new one same this after one day contacted Annke to give an opportunity to resolve and they are replacing which is a pain as I have to courier these back at more cost than they are worth

Shame does not allow you to load on tablet. Why I don't know :(

All I get is a "Software Exception"error when logging in and then the app closes. I have emailed them and have gotten no response. If they respond and it starts working I will evaluate my review. Note: the iPhone version on my iPad seems to work fine.

I keep getting a "software exception" every time I try to register an account. Then the app closes down. Something is messed up. Nexus 6P with latest Android updates. Please fix your app, I'd hate to give this l61DQ a bad review because the app is no good. Please get the app working.

Hideous. No manual adding. Want me to find serial number or get the ladder to scan my cameras.

Keeps saying software exception

Will not let me go past verification code. Keeps saying that the input is wrong. Refresh and tried again, same thing. On another phone it works but keeps saying that camers are offline. Useless app

Works perfectly. People having issues with "software exception" simply need to email support. They will send you a newer apk that will work for you.

Keeps kicking you off and says software exception

software exception on registering or with attempting to log in.... essentially worthless
