I have registered on website using google account but no such option is provided in the app. I just want to cancel an order but that option is not available in the site and not able to sign in into app also. Very pathetic situation for an online shopping service.

App is not working & is crashing after installing. Even after so many complaints from users, I can't understand why Bata has not fixed this issue.

Very cheap quality product.. Destroyed on first use..So please be aware..Very poor quality products..

Using the app for the first time and "the app has stopped working"

I see "No network connection" message when I open app in Xiaomi 3S although network is working well with other apps.

App is not opening at first place after installing. Very cheap app. Bata technician you must have be work on it and have to remove the bugs for smooth operands

I received different product. I have sent mail and while to customers care no one picking it. Very worst experience with Bata.. My money 640 is waste... If they won't reply to my email in couple of days. I will submit my complaint to consumer count. Big hate to Bata service

Worst ever experience... Delivered the wrong product... No one ever answers the customer care helpline... Neither their email works... Never thought a company like bata could be so casual and careless... Will have to take them to consumer court for cheating with customers

They have taken back wrong delivered product and not answering my phone nither replying my email. It's 1 month now.

The app never works right. There is one or the other problem whenever you try to use it. Its slow. There is no easy returns or exchange process, if the recieved product is not what you want you have to follow a lenthy process to exchange the item. No option for cash back (as i was told).

Bought 3 articles and they haven't shipped the items even after 15 days,(in that time you can order from Amazon , return it and order again) , complained 2 times to the customer care and still no progress. On 16th day they cancelled my order (saying out of stock).Is this the way to treat your customers? Absolutely dissatisfied by the pathetic service. 10/10 will not buy again. Just give your stores to Amazon they are much better at running the show.

Which ever offer one i liked it is showing out of stock and after 5 mins it shows unfortunately bata app is stopped very bad ......first update youself then show d ad to download your app

Fraud Offer by Bata there's No Discount Offer on app. They are misguiding To increase their app downloads. And app has a virus it hangs your mob.

Doesn't work the way it is supposed to. The reason for one star is not just the app, but the pathetic service following a replacement. Bata doesn't seem to have become ready yet.

I am from Ludhiana read the offer on shop no one entertain. Misguide by saying offer. Just increasing the downloads.

Lot of crashing issue worst app by BATA like brand ,very bad bata. Highly unstable app.
