"30 day free trial then they take your money", in may case I was 1-2 days into the 30 day trial and they took the money, I also cancelled it within 30 days trial I was having trouble signing in. When I eventually got on it was ok, but not as good as the free daily mail, layout wise I found having to zoom in out of articles a chore. No refund what a rip off after cancellation.

My current subscription runs until mid month however I am unable to reinstate my subscription (using the reinstate link on the login screen) since downloading the app on my tablet. This means I am paying for papers that I have no means of viewing, sweet huh. I shall be cancelling this before it renews and cutting my losses, which is a shame as I have used this for two years and liked it immensely. Sadly the Mail App support are unhelpful, merely pointing me in the direction of playstore, unacceptable.

What's not to like? All features of the daily and sunday edition is here, including You, Event and Weekend magazines, at a very reasonable rate. Have been using the app for the past few years now, and I couldn't do without it.

Don't bother. Stops every month and when you try to get help you just get bounced between Google Play and Mail Plus. Blaming each other and nobody helping. What a joke. Subscription cancelled.

Only had the app to do the puzzles. We buy the paper every day. The app enabled me and my husband to both do the codeword, crossword etc. Used to be free by entering numbers from the paper, but this has been discontinued. Now I have to pay for this, but as I already pay for the paper I refuse to pay twice just to do the puzzles. Not a good move, Daily Mail, loyal paying customers really shouldn't have to pay twice so that both of us oldies can keep our brains working!!!

Do not try to subscribe from within the app. It will waste your money. The 30-day free trial won't proceed without a payment method. It offers Redeem Code as an option. So went off to Tesco and bought a Play Store voucher. Clicked Redeem Code, and all went through OK: balance added to Google account. At that point, and only at that point, it tells you you can't use the money you now have in your account as a payment method... but STILL offers Redeem Code as an alternative payment method!!! It's a huge con.

Some devices only have 8GB INTERNAL and as such are unable to download much data,,,,, The ability to choose to download a newspaper direct to SD card would help,,, newspapers take up a lot of memory on my device as i subscribe to more than one daily newspaper, do any developers even read this feedback?

I have to uninstall and reinstall every day to read it. I contacted the mail weeks ago about it and they said to do this. Ridiculous.

All I do is uninstall it at least once a week because the new edition has not loaded now keeps saying no internet connection but I do

I would have given this App 5*s but for example, if you download the two weekend issues, the size is over 1.4Gb! The weekday issues are around 500Mb each. Other than that, the App works well and it's a lot cheaper than a hard copy. For the Sunday puzzles, I 'print screen' them, load onto the PC, crop and print out. A bit fiddly, but worth it.

App just stopped working, unable to get anything to work again, subscription cancelled !!

Keep having to download the app every day to get the days copy unininstall then reinstall

A good read plenty of pictures automatically downloads over night would recommend

Mail say this is developed following reader feedback... This app is a joke. Can not read the paper now.

You can't enter the competitions as there is no unique number on the back page (it is replaced by a weird advert) so don't subscribe if you want to do this.

The app has a major flaw, papers are stored on internal memory not the sd card and you can't change this. With the mail on Sunday taking up 250mb it rapidly takes your memory space up. Otherwise great app

Much better than the paper version. No more full waste bin, much cheaper, easy to obtain newspaper abroad and you can revisit earlier issues if needed.

My trial is working great on my Samsung tab 4. However probably won't buy it as I still buy the paper to get the unique numbers as they are not included. Otherwise 5 stars. Update, have been using this app for 9 months now on Samsung Note 4 and Tab 4 without any problems except it rapidly fills up internal memory as does not save to sd card. Have to keep deleting previous issues. Please update app with option to save to sd card. Will then deserve 5 stars.

Please include tick boxes on items so I can customise my download to suit my preferences consequently reducing download size.

Good - if memory hungry - app. But not worth 10 quid a month when you already buy the paper every day. Since they started charging I have uninstalled.

Until recently, very good. Starting yesterday, the Coffee Break section (puzzles, quizzes, etc) has had a revamp and no longer works at all. I have emailed them....no reply as yet. Will cancel my subscription if they don't sort it out soon.

Since the last update I can no longer enter the You crossword direct from the app & Pitcherwits has been removed. Very poor show. Pitcherwits & Nine to Five have today suddenly returned. Please stop messing with this app

I like the format now I have got used to it. I love getting the paper this way. It downloads quickly onto my Samsung. I paid up front for the year. I like seeing lots of photos

A newspaper app that let's me browse a newspaper but then zooms in for easy reading

Just doesn't work says it's compatible with tablets but doesn't

A decent app with only one problem, it will not auto download to my samsung tablet over wifi in the mornings, i have to manually download it even though settings are set to auto over wifi, most annoying as i can not just grad and go each morning
