Initial setup was rough but I figured that out. All was going smooth until the Android Marshmallow update. Now the count down timer doesn't work. It appears to accept the time entry but then doesn't keep it so my switches stay on until I initiate shut off. Please fix this so I am not an energy hog!

Absolutely loved my plugs until I recently unplugged one. I ended up having to reset it and then add it back to the app. It won't connect using my new Galaxy S7. I contacted the company and have not heard a word. Disappointed because I really like this product.

Unreliable and a constant pain. Luckily I managed to set the timer with a old Note 3 but it doesn't like my new Nexus 6p, so it kind of works but it's not acceptable .

Does not pay attention to Saturday or Sunday or whatever, just keeps on going from Friday schedule. Light comes on early in the morning. Fix it and it's five stars

This app used to work but it no longer works. I have multiple Ankuoo switches that are now paper weights because the developer refuses to update the app.

None of my devices show up. I have to exit out the app then it freezes. Then I have to force a stop on the app, then go back to the app and it works finally, yay!!!

Your app is decent. Works as advertised with wifi lights. But if you authorized tasker integration it could be so much more powerful. Imagine, I could use my nest thermostat to tell my lights to turn off when I leave and forget to switch them off. That's the tip of the iceberg. Best part - Tasker developers do all the work and you reap the rewards and loyalty...

App most often will not find any of my devices without restarting the phone. I can hit the "refresh" button forever and it not see ANY of my five switches. On top of that, when using the anti-theft feature, it will almost always leave at least one device on all night long, even though I have specified the hours that it should do its random switching. Android 6.0.1, tried reinstalling multiple times with same poor results. Last update was in February of 2016!! If it wasn't too late, I would return all of my devices and buy a product that actually works. Too bad I can't leave ZERO stars. The switches are cool, but without an app that works, they are almost useless. VERY disappointed!

I bought a neo outlet, and it would not connect so I bought another, both will not connect, but all my neo wall light switches work perfectly.

Add android wear app and ifttt integration and this would be 5 stars. Devices work well and have had no issue configuring or using them.

When scheduling on /off times, the days ok the app are incorrect. They're one day off. Wtf. How can they miss an error this huge?

I'd rate it higher if it had a widget or if the timers/scheduling actually worked.

Very nice when it is working properly. At times it will stop turning off or turning on. It might be due to the cable modem going out from time to time. When working properly it is a very handy tool.

Works well, perhaps there was an update but WiFi password is not limited to 16 characters as others stated, 32 is the limit in the version I have.

Add the feature to alphabetize switches in app.

Was able to get the Chacon Neo to work with it

Needs a widget for the homepage.

Wi-Fi password limited to 16 chars, I have to change my password. Setup a little tricky. For the missing devices issue, I found that if I exit the app properly each time after use by double clicking the back button, then it's fine. If you just leave it running in the background then device list will be empty.

Easy enough to set up and awesome when it works. Unfortunately 75% of the time I try to turn it off/on from my phone it claims the app has lost the connection to the neo... but somehow the schedules still work, even when I don't want them to.

Can be a little tricky to link up to WiFi, And afterwards just the app in general is plain and considerably slow. But all in all it does work, App could certainly use a facelift.

It would be far more useful if it had widgets, or was compatible with Android wear. It would be appreciated to have a faster way to access the functionality in the app.

Could have been a 5 stars if the power consumption shows up on the app. Please help me fix problem why the power consumption doesn't show up. Thanks!

I've had these for over a year and the developers still have not fixed the bugs. Obviously they don't care that they are only so-so. Don't waste your money on these things.

Works well, couldn't pair it with my 5GHZ network, so had to temporarily switch to 2.4GHZ. UI doesn't look that great. Kinda disappointing that there is no widget support.

Often times the devices page will be blank. Swiping away the app and relaunching it fixes it..

Will be 5 Stars when it becomes Amazon Echo compatible. I will buy a bunch of them when i can use Echo to operate them. Easier to hit light switch vs pick up phone, open app, select device then turn light off.

Unlike others, my setup and installation was really quite straight forward. Seems to recovery cleanly after my network was shutdown and restarted. Would be 5 stars if there was a simple on/off widget to accompany the app.

All schedules are an hour late now.

The devices keep disappearing from the app so it pretty much useless when you can't control them.

The app does what it's supposed to do. It's plain, but has enough features, like renaming individual Neos.

So close to being great, but every time I go to operate a switch I have to reboot the app.

Works well, great layout, many options

Installed on galaxy note 4. Setup was easy, connected within seconds. Verified functionality for on/off (works correctly). Checked connection LTE AT&T (no WiFi), also worked correctly. There is some latency and you will get an error at first specifying no connectivity but hit the switch again and the command will execute. Overall satisfied with the product for now. Initial evaluation time = approx. 5 minutes

Hardware seems to work the on/off, timers, etc function. However, my device keeps disappearing when I launch the app. I have to restart the app so the devices refresh. It's as if the app is too STUPID it doesn't remember the hardware. I'll keep this until something better comes to market in the similar price range. The GUI for this app is mediocre. It's half-baked, it's not intuitive. This device only works via wifi.

All timer functions do not work with Galaxy S5 and Android 5.1. Can turn lights on and off but don't buy their products if you need the timer to turn on and off lights and appliances. Great little device to turn things on and off - its a shame there App does not work. OTOH their IOS app reportedly does work correctly.
