Cara membuat :
Bahan I, gosongkan gula pasir sampai gula mencair. Tambahkan air panas. Aduk sampai larut.
Masukkan agar-agar bubuk, jeli bubuk, garam dan air. Masak sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.
Tuang sedikit di dasar loyang tulban bermotif diameter atas 24 cm. Tabur cincau. Biarkan setengah beku.
Bahan II, rebus susu cair, agar-agar bubuk, cappuccino, dan gula pasir sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Matikan api.
Ambil sedikit rebusan susu. Tuang ke kuning telur. Aduk rata. Masukkan lagi ke dalam rebusan susu sambil diaduk rata. Nyalakan api. Masak sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.
Tuang di atas bahan I. Bekukan.
