Asam Manis Buntut Sapi

Bahan:
½ kg buntut sapi
3 buah cabai hijau, potong serong
2 sendok makan saus tiram
1 sendok teh mustard
1 sendok teh cuka
2 sendok teh kecap asin
2 sendok teh cabai botolan
1 buah tomat, dipotong 4
Gula
200 cc air
Bumbu yang dihaluskan:
1 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
2 cm jahe
1 sendok makan gula merah
Cara Membuat :
Rebus buntut hingga lunak, sisihkan.
Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi
Masukkan bahan yang lain
Masukkan buntut sapi
Gunakan api kecil, masak hingga air terserap.
