I use this app at work. This app is not fully compatible with the S4. Every time I take a photo, the app shuts down.

On android every time I try to click on the icon to put a number it won't let it pull up the key pad. What's the point of having this app if I have to go to computer to close my tickets.

I'm currently using a BlackBerry Q10. With the new BlackBerry up date, 10.3, the angus app won't open. This only happened because I deleted the app and tried to reinstall it. It's on the phone but the screen is just black when you open it. Can you guy please coordinate with BlackBerry and fix this issue.

We are unable to choose a date/time when trying to complete work orders, will there be a fix for this in the next update. Also when is the next scheduled update?

Good setup, remote printing and the option to change notification tone would help. This way I can tell I'm getting a push from angus. Also wondering if I could get the option to close out and assign billing of work orders. Also a drop down or just type in the time would be nice Thank you. Keep it up.

Great 1st start, but needs access to Visitor Security which we use a lot. I hope version 2 will include this.. Also, Android (KitKat 4.4) includes remote printing. This would be a very useful feature to print off tickets remotely. Admin features would be also nice, but I could wait for this feature. I will give you more stars as these features are added (for incentive purposes)
