Love the app. Wish there's more details on the meat portions though. I do have a question though. Do I have to do all the different versions of eggs? Can I just do hard boiled eggs every day instead? And the chicken, do I HAVE to do the roast chicken? Can I just do grilled or steam chicken breast instead? I'm not gonna lie, I lost 3lbs in 2 days. But it's hard to do all the eggs and chicken when I have a busy working schedule. So easy is better. Please let me know. Thank u.
