Angelcare for Android
I can honestly say this is the worst app I have ever used. The monitor constantly disconnects. The majority of the time, if it actually works at all, there is only audio no video. When it disconnects it doesn't give you any notification, so you can easily not realize your child is awake or in distress. The point of a monitor is to give you peace of mind and this does the opposite. So now I'm out $200 because of this very poor app. I was hoping at some point an update would be done to fix all these issues but its been a year now, so I am not holding my breath.

This app is trash!!! As soon as it opens, all kt does is give you a screen that says "no wifi connection" and my wifi was on and connected. ... f**k off
Worked for a while, then all of a sudden screen is frozen on "no connection". Tried contacting support but their emails just bounce back....
Don't buy this product if you want your baby be safe. It disconnects randomly even at night when you sleep without any voice or alarm. Then your baby's breath is not monitored anymore.
I've never had problems with disconnecting or being unable to connect. I can hear and see baby just fine. Love the night vision feature. I, however, hate that I can view her full screen on the tablet. There is no way to get rid of the side menus. I also don't like that the lullaby market is none existent or that anything I choose from my library plays through my speakers as well. Other then that I think the purchase was well worth it.
Android App won't accept my correct login information after last update so can't use it in Internet mode. In AP mode, it closes in my tablet with kitkat. Iphone App version seems to work ok.
The monitor is always disconnecting it's self and good luck trying to connect if you date to move the unit in the babies room.
The app is garbage which then makes the monitor useless. The app freezes, every time we use it so you can't hear or see baby. Sometimes it won't open leaving "Angelcare" with blue screen on. One night it shut off all together and luckily my husband heard our baby before she started screaming. Only thing I like is the night vision camera, but that's the monitor not the app. I think we will return the monitor because the app doesn't work .
Garbage app...no updates in forever....can't even connect to the camera via Internet when I'm out of town...will be sending it back to the manufacturer....reason I bought is was to be able to remote access and it doesn't work...crap....fyi here's an update don't buy this garbage waste of money...won't connect tryed resetting and setting up everything again for about the millionth time...just flat out garbage system not reliable at all. STAY AWAY BUY SOMETHING ELSE!!!!
Just set up the camera and I cannot connect it. I had high hopes but it failed on us. Telling all my first time mom friends not buy this product.
Can't connect
Monitor is good when I'm able to connect but often times its nearly impossible to connect or it takes 5 mins. I dont have any connection issues either as i have strong wifi and network coverage from my cellphone. Can't recommend this monitor until they improve the connection issues.

It does what it is suppose to, i have a question for AngelCare. May i purchase a video monitor so i dont have to use my phone? Please and thank you.
No video on Android 6.0. Black screen only. App is not usable. May upgrade rating if app is fixed.

Won't even go past WiFi section. Says I'm not connected but yet I downloaded the app via WiFi. . So. . There's that. Waste of time to download.
Where are you, tech support? It's been 3 days with no response. I can't sit around without a monitor. Edit: It's been 5 weeks, still no response from tech support. Horrible app, horrible company. Returning to store.
I'm also getting constant disconnects without being warned. Tried customer service, advised to reset camera which I did but the problem persists. Cannot trust this system.
Old non-WiFi ones work much better.
.. Still missing option to increase the "No movement time" to help prevent false alarms. Would be nice to be able to set it to 60 secs or 120.

Constant disconnects - but with no alert that it's disconnected. Why would you not have that alert failsafe?
Upgraded to 6.0 and there is no longer the ability to view the camera. Camera also disconnects often. Need an immediate update.
I was so excited to get this monitor however I have had the same issues as some of the reviewers. The camera disconnects whether connected to wifi or to a direct connection. I love the idea of this monitoring system, but I can't trust it as of now. I have spoken to customer service about it. They're very friendly and eager to help, so hopefully it'll be fixed soon.
Multiple times the camera has disconnected from the app. I tried changing from an internet connection to a direct connection to the camera, but the disconnects continued. First time I noticed was when I barely heard my baby crying from the rear bedroom while the app on my tablet was quiet--saw that the camera had disconnected. Terrifying! At least give an audible alert that the camera disconnected!

Good app but since I upgraded to lollipop it keeps disconnecting and only a phone reboot solves the connection issue... This is a huge thing since my phone constantly disconnects during night...

They fixed the problem I complained about on my android phone. Thanks for listening to your customers. I have renewed faith in the product. As a new parent with all the challenges it is a relief to have my concerns addressed.

Always have issues connecting. This is our THIRD unit. Friends had similar issues after we realized they had the same one. Sometimes it won't even come on. Wife has iphone, i have android both using newest phones. Upgraded our home router still have issues. Even the sleep monitor was horrible and no customer service
