About ACLS Rhythm Tutor
'Anesoft ACLS Rhythm Tutor' is one of the series of apps from Anesoft Corporation to improve your ACLS resuscitation skills. This app will teach and reinforce an organized approach to identification of electrocardiogram rhythms.
The current version has improved graphics and performance.
Recognition of ECG rhythms as the wave forms sweep across a monitor screen is a different skill than diagnosing cardiac rhythms on a static tracing. This app will improve your clinical skills more than reviewing with a book because you will learn to diagnose the rhythms as they dynamically move across the screen.
The app utilizes an organized four criteria approach to identify the rhythms. Then study the description of the rhythm to understand the electrophysiology. Use the same process to review all the ECG rhythms.
There are 80 ECG rhythms included in this app.
When you feel you have mastered the rhythms in this program you should test yourself using the app 'Anesoft ACLS Rhythm Quiz'.

Do u know what the hardest thing is when studying ECG rhythms? Looking at teeny tiny little strips. There is no way to enlarge the screen and rhythms? Or am i missing it? If not, that is utterly ridiculous. Add that and it could be a very nice app.

This is a great idea.. and great product if it actually worked. Maybe its just me... but mine keeps freezing after 2 cardiac rhythm display. I then have to restart the application. it is frustrating

The app does not stay open long before it closes on its own. From the rhythms I've seen before it closes, they are shown really well.

The link to install extra apps covers the home button on my phone. So I have to click the link and exit back out just to close out. Trying to force me to install other crap is an immediate deletion. Otherwise the app is OK, but nothing spectacular.

Thanks to the Developers for responding. However the app still freezes. They suggested I put Android 6.1 on my phone. My phone already has Android 6.1. And the app still freezes.

It's locked into screen length wise, can't use it when teaching. I need it ACROSS the screen,,,why did u not allow the screen to rotate! ? Lame

Why App dont start?

Really good to consolidate basic 3lead ecg recognition. Next step for this app would be to describe how each rhythm could affect the heart/ patient and whether it leads onto another rhythm change.
