'Anesoft ACLS Sim 2012' is the third of a series of apps from Anesoft Corporation to improve your resuscitation skills. This app enables you to rehearse megacode management - anytime, anywhere. With regular practice you will always be ready to run a full cardiac resuscitation.
You must evaluate the patient and electrocardiogram rhythm, decide on the appropriate management, and guide two assistants through the resuscitation. The assistants are skilled, but will only do what you tell them to do. You must serve as the team leader for the resuscitation efforts.
The 12 case scenarios included with this app were written by Howard Schwid, MD. The first three cover ventricular fibrillation, the next two are for pulseless ventricular tachycardia, another covers asystole, and the remainder of the cases cover the tachycardia algorithm. The Lite version includes case 1 only.

Response to commands a bit slow @ testing speed. More practice with the app would be good . I'd recommend the program for beginners or students.

I like the point of the app. But if you don't know the medicine and what it does, well then you're screwed, unless you look at the what now button but that's like cheating lol and the selections are too small on my phone. I had to squint to see the words.

Really wish you'd give few more levels. Why not first three or so. Other then that its very original. Please get on board with other free apps and let everyone enjoy. People are more likely to buy when they actually see app becoming more challenging. Maybe factor in golden hour whatever its called. If I start CPR I can put my phone down for ten mins at a time and nothing's changed. Perhaps add in reminders at certain intervals of brain damage, organ failure, body temp ect...
