About Aneka Resep Mie

Ini adalah aplikasi android yang berisi tentang kumpulan aneka resep mie. Aplikasi ini juga dapat dinikmati secara offline apabila sudah di download, jd tanpa koneksi internet pun dapat dinikmati. Semoga aplikasinya bermanfaat buat ibu-ibu di dapur.

Mie adalah makanan khas Cina. Akan tetapi sekarang mie sudah menjadi makanan yang hampir ada di seluruh dunia. Apalagi setelah ada mie instan, kita dapat menikmatinya dimana saja dengan cara memasak yang cukup praktis.

Berdasarkan cara pengolahannya mie dapat di kelompokkan menjadi 4 macam :

1. Mie mentah/mie segar
Mie mentah atau mie segar adalah mie yang tidak mengalami proses tanbahan setelah pemotongan dengan kadar air 35%. Mie segar umunya dibuat dari tepung terigu jenis keras untuk memudahkan penanganannya. Mie jenis ini biasanya digunakan untuk bahan baku dalam pembuatan mie ayam (Astawan, 2003)

2. Mie Basah
Mie basah adalah mie yang mengalami proses perebusan air mendidih setelah tahap pemotongan dan sebelum dipasarkan. Kadar airnya dapat mencapai 52% sehingga daya simpannyarelatif singkat (40 jam pada suhu kamar). Di Indonesia, mie basah lebih dikenal dengan istilah mie kuning atau mie bakso.

3. Mie kering
Mie kering adalah mie mentah yang dikeringkan dengan kadar air antara 8-10%. Pengeringan umumnya dilakukan dengan penjemuran di bawah sinar matahari atau dengan menggunakan oven. Karena sifat kering inilah maka mie mempunyai daya simpan yang relatif panjang dan dalam penanganannya cukup mudah. Mie kering juga ditambahkan dengan telor segar atau tepung telor, sehingga dipasaran mie ini juga dikenal dengan istilah mie telor (Astawan,2003)

4. Mie Instan
Mie Instan adalah mie yang telah mengalami proses gelatinisasi, sehingga untuk menghidangkannya cukup dengan di rebus dengan air mendidih, Mie instan biasanya mengacu pada produk-produk yang dikukus dan digoreng dalam minyak (stemed & deep fried) (Kim,1996)
Mie instan juga dikenal dengan nama ramen. Mie ini dibuat dengan penambahan beberapa proses setelah menjadi mie segar. Tahap-tahap tersebut yaitu pengukusan, pembentukan dan pengeringan. Kadar air mie instan umunya mencapai 5-8% sehingga memiliki daya simpan yang relatif lama (Astawan,2003).

Mie is a typical Chinese food. But now the noodles have become the food was almost in all the world. Especially after the last instant noodles, we can enjoy anywhere in a manner that is practical cooking.

Based on the processing method noodles can be classified into 4 types:

1. Mie raw / fresh noodles
Raw noodles or fresh noodles are noodles that do not undergo the process tanbahan after cutting with a water content of 35%. Fresh noodles made from wheat flour generally hard type for easy handling. Mie this type are usually used as raw material in the manufacture of chicken noodle (Astawan, 2003)

2. Wet Noodle
Wet noodles are noodles that undergo a process of boiling water to boil after cutting stage and before it is marketed. The moisture content can reach 52%, so the power simpannyarelatif short (40 hours at room temperature). In Indonesia, a wet noodle, better known as yellow noodles or noodle meatball.

3. Dry Noodles
Raw noodles dry noodles are dried to a moisture content between 8-10%. Drying is generally carried out by the drying in the sun or by using the oven. Due to the dry nature of this that the noodles have a relatively long shelf life and handling and is quite easy. Dry noodles also added with fresh eggs or powdered egg, so the noodles market is also known as egg noodles (Astawan, 2003)

4. Instant Noodle
Instant noodles are noodles that have undergone gelatinization process, so as to serve it simply boiled with boiling water, instant noodles usually refers to products that are steamed and fried in oil (stemed & deep fried) (Kim, 1996)
Instant noodles are also known as ramen. These noodles are made with the addition of several processes after being fresh noodles. The stages are steaming, forming and drying. The water content of instant noodles generally reaches 5-8% so that it has a relatively long shelf life (Astawan, 2003).
